This UPS location always finds a way to nickel and dime you for a free drop off. They really make me sick! Sir, just take my item and pack it up. The staff year is never really that friendly, today I paid one dollar to have a small piece of shipping tape fixed to one side of an Amazon return. The UPS store that I normally go to just leaves tape dispensers out. I would avoid this location. read more

This location specifically is amazing. I go here regularly and I feel like as soon as they could add a Personal touch they did because now I'm greeted by first name when I go in there. I've always had a good experience when going here. It's not too busy and I've always found the employees helpful. They were especially patient and helpful when taking my 3 year old daughter's passport photo. We eventually got a photo that worked well. read more

The UPS customer center at 555 opperman drive sucks. The one employee is wearing sunglasses while dealing with customers. What is she HIGH? They are still doing the BS covid spacing of 6 feet. They can't deliver packages on time as they promised. When we went to pick up the package because we couldn't wait another 3 days for them to deliver the package they were having trouble locating the package they had two hours before. UPS needs to get their act together. FEDEX is so much more professional. read more

I am so disappointed in the UPS services in Woodbury, Mn., when I send things to my children in Woodbury it seems like there is only a 50% chance that what I send will get to them. I have called the Eagan office many times just this yr and I have gotten no help. I cannot understand how UPS drivers lie online, I have looked to see what they have used as reasons not to deliver and I am shocked to see some of the reasons they use. Terrible indifferent customer service. Today is Saturday, the bane of retail we know but none the less a modicum of customer service is expected even on Saturdays. I had an Amazon return to process and in the past few months the standard M.O. has been to bring the item "unwrapped" at Kohl's or an Amazon locker, and yes even UPS in Eagan when I returned something last month. But today after waiting several minutes behind others, the young UPS woman scanned my QR code and said "you need a box for that". I looked at my return email from Amazon and it didn't say that otherwise I would have brought the box it came in which is sitting in my recycling bin at home. OK, so maybe a new policy so I drove back home and then back to this UPS store and waited again. (18 min round trip) But now when I present the item and the box I'm told by the same young woman that I need to "box it up and tape it up" or she will charge me $1 to tape it up for me. Excuse me? You couldn't have mentioned it needed to be boxed AND taped up when I was here 20 mins ago? Screw paying a $1 now so I go across the street to buy a roll of tape and several minutes later I pull BACK up 4:01 and the young woman is walking away from the front door after locking it and then proceeds to shut the steel security curtain. ZERO eye contact, no wave, nothing. Another couple is outside the store and they look at me and her both shake their heads too. Amazon gives several options to return items, lockers at Cub, Kohl's (great experience in contrast, I'll write up that one next) or other easy options. Trust me, by any means do NOT choose the Eagan UPS option. read more

This is the WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! The staff gives incorrect information about shipping and costs. They charged me extra for priority shipping with tracking and estimated two days. My package arrived 6 days later and gave some ridiculous, rehearsed excuse about their lies and mistakes. The "manager" has absolutely no idea what customer service is. They refused to refund my shipping after 4 days of waiting and no trace of the letter when I tried to track it. This place is a joke. Do not spend your money here. read more

Horrible Service! went in there twice and the second was worse than the first. The first time they had an amateur which is fine but this girl LINDSEY was acting as if she was God's gift of intelligence on earth. She was so arrogant. It took her 30 minutes to do my transaction. She couldn't figure out something and it was probably an wrong entry issue but it took her forever and day to figure it out. The lady, she asked for help, couldn't figure it out either!!! I understand that things like that happen but I didn't hear either one of them utter a small "sorry" or a courteous smile. That's not the worst part though: these people told me that my package would arrive in 4-7 business days when it actually was the service for 6-14 days. But that's not enough, my package contained $300 worth of merchandise that was for someone's wedding. The package sat (and is still sitting) in CHICAGO for 12 days and never got parceled! The second time I went in there and same issues: girl couldn't figure out what buttons to push and was acting like it was my fault. She called some bald jerk to help her; again 20 minutes later they figured it out and instead of apologizing this man had the nerve to crack totally dumb jokes about how incompetent they were as a team. read more

I print a lot of pieces and this is the only store I use. I drive from Bloomington to this store because of the service and above the top work they have done for me. My industry has a lot of demanding time limits and Anne has worked through the night to complete my order on time. They have a designer there that has helped me put together marketing pieces, review letters, and even offered to cut and package things for free when I was just starting out! It is not all about cost, but have found no one cheaper either. See for yourself, it is a great store with experienced (14 yrs) owners. read more

Had a 10 lb. package to ship. Took it in, and the CHEAPEST price quoted was $431.36 !! Forget it. I took it to the post office and got it shipped for less than $30. ADDITIONAL INFO (12/28/16): Since my original review on 08/15/16, I see that the owner requested for me to elaborate on my experience. My primary intent of this review is to let local Eagan consumers know of how poor my experience with this store was, and that they should be aware of alternate local print, copy, and shipping providers out there. Some local alternatives include FedEx (located in Town Center), Office Max, or the United States Postal Service (2 branch offices in Eagan). Prior to going to this branch, please be aware you have much better local alternatives available to you. First, I will elaborate a bit on my experience to help other consumers out. I requested an estimate, but when I came to the store the price more than doubled from the quote. I fully understand what an estimate is, but it truly felt like a "bait and switch" situation. Their quoted price was used to get me into the store, then because they felt like they had me, while on-site, they could charge me more. Highly "convenient" store policies appeared to help prevent the employees from doing the right thing and resolving the issue in a reasonable manner. Second, the larger UPS parent company should be aware that these owners only appear concerned with making money [I believe they own multiple UPS stores - the owners can be found via the stores Better Business Bureau (BBB) store listings]. These owners don't appear to care about the larger UPS brand and the many courteous drivers delivering packages throughout our community (UPS stores are different business units than the UPS logistics company). I have spoken to many folks about these owners' practices and they agree with how questionable they appear. For a company with such a recognizable brand, I expected better. Third, businesses who respond to negatives reviews are only helpful if they are sincere. I see the owner checks this site quite frequently (they responded on 08/17/16, only two days after my original review), so they appear fully aware of the many in-store "pricing" and other issues that occur. If they treated me and/or other in-store customers well, they wouldn't have to be so eager to respond to and/or be dismissive of all our negative reviews. I have one experience with this store, it was very bad, I went to send a package and the agent was not helpful at all, he asked me to pay $1.00 for every package in order to tape it. I was ready with packages but it was not taped. even if a UPS agent come home to pick a package they take care of everything even if without boxes at all, they take care of packing and taping. Awful customer service! Wow! So rude. Brought my box in that was pre-postage stamped and didn't have a chance to tape it. They said I had to buy a whole roll of tape..? Wtf. My father shipped a package to me from this store, but he accidentally put the wrong address on the outside, sending it off to who knows where. The package was lost for weeks as someone signed for it erroneously wherever it was delivered. I thought for sure it was gone forever. Luckily, I had Anne from The UPS Store in my corner -- she created a call tag and worked with UPS on several retrieval attempts, not stopping until she had a tracking number for me. We spoke on the phone and by email several times as she kept me posted on her progress. The package eventually arrived safe and sound -- a miracle! I'm so grateful for her dedication and patience to correcting this error. I would definitely use this UPS store again. read more

I've had nothing but great experiences at this UPS Store! They are one of the VERY few places that can do round corners on my business cards! The stock they use for my cards is high quality as well and provides a very professional image reflection for my business. Their prices are reasonable as well. I will be also working with them on some signage for my business location and completely expect that they will do a great job on that as well... so will re-post another raving review when that project gets finished! read more

One star is a high rating for the woman in charge the afternoon of January 31, 2018. I'd mistaken this location for the distribution center. The distribution center on the other hand had the most polite and helpful staff . The woman in charge at this Denmark location was extremely rude, not helpful at all, and seem bothered by assisting her customer. She could not find in her system that I had a package on will call, being that I was at the wrong location when I asked if she could help me track where it was with the tracking number she said that she couldn't, and that she could only see what was in her location. Which is no problem if you are being told nicely, when you are treated like you're a complete idiot and somebody doesn't take the initiative to even attempt to call the Distribution Center or the other location in Eagan to see if maybe there was a package there means she is not doing their job and now provided me with a horrible experience. To make matters worse there was a young gentleman working with her who suggested that she'd look up my address instead of my , she told him to be quiet and worried about himself right in front of me! which made me very uncomfortable. I found it to be very unprofessional degrading and rude not only to her employee but to me as well. The owners should be aware of the horrible customer service this woman who seemed to be either a manager or maybe she is the owner is providing her clients with and giving UPS a bad reputation. read more
