This facility has had my Amazon order for over a week and has not delivered it. Have attempted to contact via phone with negative results. I will have to physically go out to the facility to try and get my order. Spoke with Amazon and they state that they show that UPS has been in possession of my order and thy have failed to deliver it. There is no reason for an order to be delayed over a week while in possession of it! An overhaul of the facility should be made. Worst customer service! read more

You just have to guess what their hours are apparently, the UPS website and google says they are open until 8 pm, they were closed at 6. Their hours of operation as posted on the front of the building are "Monday-Friday." Tried calling to figure out what their actual hours are but of course it just makes you talk to a robot that will not transfer you to speak to a real person read more

This location just decides to close whenever they want. Had a Xerox sign up on the door that just said they're closing at six from now on. Terrible customer service. I took the day off work to wait at home to sign for a package that never showed up. I called multiple times and was assured it would arrive by 8pm at the latest. Nothing! I called the next day to find out it was never unloaded on the truck to get on the delivery truck. They were unable to do anything as they are closed on weekends and I could pick up Monday. Terrible response to a problem that is there fault. Never trust UPS. read more

Paid for two day shipping, half way threw the day as it was out for delivery it was marched as wrong address. Called help center. They double checked address with me (ADDRESS WAS CORRECT) got call from rude Eagan distribution center who kept saying it wasn't her problem and hung up on me. Driver finally shows up and I told him next time don't mark it as wrong address just because you can't find the build! He gets rude and says I'm just doing my job, on your one job is delivering packages and you clearly didn't do that. This place is the worst and no one took accountability for there errors. I had to spend a hour sorting this out just because of driver incompetence. read more

Worked here as a loader for 3 months and in a 5 week time period they didn't submit 40 of my hours which were all overtime pay so they owe me $1,100. I am currently scheduling a hearing in Conciliation Court but it will take a few months. If you choose to work here track all of your hours because the managers are really shady. read more

So I have a few deliveries from UPS today. One was delivered on time with no issue and one given me a message delivery is delay due to weather conditions. First off there was no snow storm when it showed out for delivery and second Egan is 10mins from our location. Im pretty sure they screwed up and lost my package. HORRIBLE!!! read more

So, what a different experience here than at the UPS store in Apple Valley. I'm still frustrated that when you have an account number, you can't ship something from UPS store and have to come to the hub. However, I got here, and I was greeted as I was walking in. They weren't busy, so she brought me to the table and walked me through how to fill out the form that was needed for shipping. I was in and out within five minutes and the service was fantastic. Going forward, when I have to use UPS, I will come right to the hub and forget the UPS store altogether. read more
