Really disappointed. I use the usps informed delivery and for some reason one important piece of mail wasn't delivered two days ago when everything else came. Trying to call 40 min on ring tone waiting for someone to pick up. Horrible customer service and help so now have to go in to figure this issue out even though they say you can call. I mean I'm from the bronx. So i expect crappy rude service from postal workers. But apparently thats an issue at this post office. Its not that shes rude, shes just straight forward with her answers & i feel like you cant be like that with people from MN. But the service is overall not that bad, you're in and out for the most part fairly quickly. Dont go in expecting to be greeted and with a smile thats all. read more

I tried to pick up my own mail since it seems they are understaffed, I received mail ONCE in December and it was 2 weeks late (bills so I had to pay the late fee even tho it wasn't my fault) the lady at the desk that looks like the lady that works at the desk in monsters inc, w/ the dyed black hair & way too much eye make up had a nasty attitude as soon as I told her I wanted to pick up my mail, requested I prove I lived at that address and for my identification even though I noticed no one ahead of me was asked for this, not even the ladies that were literally about to fight in the building before it was my turn. she told me I was wrong & that they aren't that late on the mail, even though I haven't received any and have been waiting on my replacement debit card since November. she told me the postal worker just walked in from delivering mail at my address and that I had nothing at the post office, once I got home nothing at all was in my mail box. my bank says the card has already been sent out so someone is lying & im sure it's not my bank worker who has no reason to first the fight amongst customers (about this exact same thing) and now I can't even get my mail if I go to the post office and they won't deliver it either. they need to do better and will always get a 1 star vote from everyone until they do. If it were not for the PO Box I rent from this Post Office, I would not use this facility. The counter staff is consistently unfriendly, even rude. I've tried numerous times to elicit a friendly response by greeting them with a cheerful "Hello!" but to no avail. Because of this, I strongly dislike picking up or dropping off packages at this Post Office. Almost all of the local letter carriers, however, are friendly. read more

Rudest staff ever. I am here all the time to send my orders for Poshmark. I am familiar with most of the staff. Each person is extremely unfriendly. They always find something to yell at me about. I dread sending packages because I have to deal with them. read more

this place is terrible. they lose my package and now when I try to locate it no one answers the phone. they are getting worse. this is not the 1st time I dealt with this and I'm sure it wont be the last. We sent a package to my Mother in law in Montana, she got her package very late and the box was destroyed and empty. I personally will not use the uspo again. Worst Customer Service Experience ever. Every single time I go in there whether it be to send something or get a money order, I am greeted; but barely. They have no smiles ever on their face, not friendly at all. I went in for a money order they swiped my card and then would not give me my money order saying they didn't get my funds, so could not give me it. I called the bank and the funds posted, they lied to my face and took my money. I'm going back today for my money order and I want it's expedited because of THEIR mistake and lies. I am only 21, but I pay money as every other customer does and I deserve respect just like they'd want respect back! I have YET to have an encounter with a friendly worker... Will NOT be returning here. Kristie/Christie told me she was a manager then to be told, shortly after by another worker, she was not, another lie. The counter staff are extremely rude and unfriendly.. The only reason I go here is because there is never a line so you get in and get out right away. Maybe its a good thing the staff are a bunch of unfriendly and rude people but it would be nice to deal with someone friendly for a change. read more
