Turns out they already knew it wouldn't arrive - came on Monday, which was too late. They flew out for their meeting without the materials they needed. Frustrating. I will never use this location again - they are not truthful. Many other locations that are fully up front on what they can and can't do.... beware everyone!!!

I had a question about how he had verified the items, because he didn't follow the usual steps. The staffer first blatantly lied to me, saying he'd looked at the items; then he refused to scan barcodes (a routine part of the process); and then he insulted me. Lastly, when I asked for my items back so I could go somewhere else to make the return, he assured me he'd given me everything, but he hadn't. (Another staffer finally stepped in to help find the missing item.) I have worked retail and healthcare, and I treat workers with respect. This staffer should not be in a public-facing role. I will not be going back to this store.

So they are a National UPS Customer because they sent a pre-authorized label through their network to me. I show the clerk the label and say, "Can I email this to you to print and attach. Sure, that will be $2.00 for the label. I ask, why? It's policy, she says. But it is a label as part of a national shipping contract with UPS. Yes I know but you see we're just a franchise so it's for the service. Uh huh. Well I guess you have to monetize the piece of paper here and of course the email and wifi costs money to run and of course there is your time to fund this 5 minute segment. Got it. Then, wait for it, she says, "It's a convenience fee." Let me just say this. Nothing is convenient about this moment. Nothing. You have a national shipping contract with this vendor to handle their shipments. That's on your side of the line, not mine. I honestly don't care about the 2 bucks. It's just the abject absurdity of the moment. And dealing with someone who has just been given the party line on what to do without any logic whatsoever on how to actually take care of a customer. The team is always so welcoming and bubbly - a few are extra fun cracking jokes and brightening days. I LOVE the self print stations here - it's so handy to email my documents and print them onsite. The print quality is amazing. I also love the cut station and lamination machine! When I order bigger projects like give signs or large quantities of postcards and other materials, the turnaround is always within 24 hours and great quality. Once when the cut on an order was off, they made it right and redid the project. Prices are reasonable and definitely cheaper/easier than buying a good printer, ink and paper myself.
