For about 25 years whenever I've needed to send something via FedEx and I wanted to make sure it…read morearrived on-time or early, I have come to this FedEx office. I suppose it might seem weird to award five stars to this kind of place. After all, this is not a FedEx Office with all those services and options and items for sale. But it is a staffed shipping counter located right on the MSP runway. When you're here, you are literally surrounded by the runways of the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport, and you even have to drive through tunnels under runways to get here. For me that's part of the fun; a quirk of mine is how energized I am to be doing anything at the airport. But some might find it annoying to take that winding road around and under those runways to get to this FedEx facility. The people working there are really helpful and friendly, going beyond the call of duty to help me on some occasions. And again, you'll only come here to ship something out. But your package is potentially on a plane mere seconds after you drop it off at the counter.

The label on the package clearly shows the "To" and "From" are mixed up. I called UPS on 7th Street, spoke with manager and was promptly told I needed to drive downtown again to show him the receipt and package to prove it was done incorrectly. I make the offer to send him a photo of the parcel with the receipt and he says he needs to see it. What?!? He says he's in the middle of a transaction and to call back. Won't waste time with him but instead block it at my bank and mail using someone other than that location. Good riddance!

The staffer first blatantly lied to me, saying he'd looked at the items; then he refused to scan barcodes (a routine part of the process); and then he insulted me. Lastly, when I asked for my items back so I could go somewhere else to make the return, he assured me he'd given me everything, but he hadn't. (Another staffer finally stepped in to help find the missing item.) I have worked retail and healthcare, and I treat workers with respect. This staffer should not be in a public-facing role. I will not be going back to this store.

Turns out they already knew it wouldn't arrive - came on Monday, which was too late. They flew out for their meeting without the materials they needed. Frustrating. I will never use this location again - they are not truthful. Many other locations that are fully up front on what they can and can't do.... beware everyone!!!

I was then testing out stick pens that were exceptionally comfortable when you write. I liked the giant notepads where you can doodle. I then moved on to erasable pen ink where the claim is that you don't get eraser bits. I tested the pen out. Yep, the claim was valid. There were PopSockets on sale. You buy three and your fourth is free. Luckily, I couldn't find four that I liked. Saving money is great! Staff here were chatty amongst themselves. I wished the woman at the checkout a good day.
