The person who answered the phone told me he was the manager. When I politely asked for his name, he refused and said, "I'm not giving you my name." From that point on, his attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. As a customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for the name of the person identifying themselves as the manager, especially when seeking help with a shipping issue. I've shipped many packages through this location over the years, and the younger employees have always been courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, this interaction was the complete opposite. Customer service should be about listening to concerns and treating people with respect, even when the issue isn't something the store directly caused. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this location if this is the level of service customers receive from management. I hope the owner is aware of how customers are being treated and addresses it.

In both cases I had to hand deliver new checks to the individuals as they needed to be paid. Also we frequently get mis delivered mail at our house. I do not feel I can rely on USPS anymore.
