On top of this there is no sidewalk to get there so after you park down the street you have to walk on the side of the very busy Silver Lake Road. In the winter the grass is covered in snow, possibly too deep to walk through, so you have to walk on the busy road while checking over your shoulder to make sure you aren't in danger. Lastly, I was told I could drop off the truck after hours for no additional fee as long as I put the keys in the drop box. Turns out you need to use their app to mark that you have returned the truck. I was not informed of this and was charged an extra $20 'Convenience Fee'. Travis B. was the one who checked me out so be careful if he is the one working if you are going in to rent a truck.

There were 2 problems. Most U-hauls in town doesn't have the hitch(takes at least 2-3 weeks for delivery) and there are another 2-3 weeks to be on the waiting list for the install itself. Call in this place and see if they have the part already and get the 'earliest' install. I scheduled mine at the earliest in the day: i.e. 7am when the store opens. I got the installed done within 45 mins because I was the first in.

My grandpa was a postal inspector, my dad is a mail carrier, and I have another handful of relatives that chose to spend their entire careers in the PO. These people are loyal, dedicated and without a doubt some of the hardest working employees out there. Whether you want to send a handwritten note to grandma to catch up, or a card to auntie to see how she's doing...the PO is there for you. And for a few quarters or dollars you can send something across the world. Nor rain, nor sleet, nor snow, nor darkness....help support those that have been there for you.

When I arrived, the FedEx employee would only sell me a roll of tape rather than helping seal the package, so I had to return to work, tape the box myself, and make a second trip. It may be helpful for FedEx and its retail partners to better communicate packaging requirements so customers know exactly what is needed before arriving at a FedEx Ship Center. A little more flexibility in assisting customers with simple packaging issues would also improve the experience.

When I first walked in I was greeted by Heather a very friendly young woman and a fantastic graphic artist. Even though I could barely describe what I wanted she patiently chatted with me and took all of my information, telling me that she would get back to me with a design within the next couple of days. Well, on the third day I emailed her and she apologized for the delay, (she explained what happened and it was understandable), I was impressed that she took responsibility so I had no problem with the delay best of all she had a design to me within the hour! The design was so crisp and clear; it was fantastic and it was exactly what I wanted. The price was very reasonable. I received my brochures today and was blown away by the attention to detail, the colors, the everything. I am so excited! What I really loved about doing business with this small company was that the owner, Sue, kept in contact with me every step of the way.
