if I could give 0 stars I would. I was trying to be considerate of winter weather, paid for 2 day shipping and still arrived a day late. BUT now i get a notification that my package has been delivered, and it hasn't. They delivered it to the wrong town house and even though i contacted them 7 minuets after it had been marked delivered, they said they are " working on it " and I still have no updates or packages and am in an utter panic. why couldn't my driver who just delivered it just turn around quick? When will I even hear back? Just absolutely the worst possible experience and I get mistakes happen but you have to at least update me and not leave me to think my packages are just gone. read more

My experience with FedEx is consistently extremely poor. They never make a delivery window and you CAN NOT get ahold of an agent to straighten things out. Impossible. I take work off to be home and it usually doesn't come that day. I wish they would go out of business. My shipper is in England and they used Fedex. read more

Very bad experience. Was told I could rely on overnight delivery which was critical in my instance. Literally a minute after I dropped off the package this center reported a two day delay. I would have used a different courrier had I known that the delivery would be delayed by two days. Paid $150 for this experience. read more

Do people not know how to give real reviews and or proper reviews rather than a complaint they should contact the manager/supervisor in charge of the fedex drivers? This address actually for the ship center with a pickup and drop center. I've always had good experience picking up my packages here. I go here often for all my live fish orders that get sent here. They handle my packages well and have had no deaths compare to ups that doesn't keep live animals in a heated controlled environment. The pickup/drop off area is always clean looking and comfy compare to ups that looks like a warehouse and feels like a jailhouse. read more

Literally THE WORST company to use for shipping. Several tinea I have paid them for 2 day and have not rexeived my packafe for 4 days or more. Their Customer advocacy team is worthless. If there are any good reviews on here they are phony and written by Fedex. Absolutely the worst company to ship via. I own a business and tell my vendors do not ship via Fedex. EVERY time a vendor ends up shipping Fedex is is several days stuck at the local terminal and the independent contracted driver put NO effort into finding our suite in the building. The corporate escalation representative have no authority what so ever to expedite and help you. The bottom line is that when a company makes the delivery drivers independent contractors they have NO accountability to make effort. I buy my dog's prescription from Chewy and they use Fedex. Fedex has constantly been late or said they delivered when they had not (it would come the next day) . But now they have been changing the delivery day for 5 days (the package will be a week late!) I know that it is my dog but it is needed for her health and she is a family member! I am upset and no one at Fedex can answer my question directly just get the answer, "sorry delivery date has been changed again" UPS is reliable, predictable, responsible and I prefer UPS to Fedex. Terrible service. Kept sending wrong delivery dates and showing up at different times when signature was required for delivery. Last delivery today, driver rang doorbell and then walked back to his truck and drove away. We were home, truck in driveway. He didn't wait for us to answer door, didn't even bother to carry package to door with him. Just wanted to be on his way. I already had door open before he left. Called location and was shuffled around to many options then disconnected. Called back and finally got a person who said too late, they were closed. It's 1:30 and they are open till 5:00 pm. Told him I wanted a complaint on the driver so he put me on hold and never came back. FedEx does NOT care about their customers or promised delivery times. I would never recommend them. I saw a FedEx truck out my window this morning, but they did not bring me a package. It was only at 5:30 today that they said that it was delayed due to weather. Package didn't arrive on time. When they did try to deliver the driver made no attempt to come to my door. I was home all day and it snowed so I could tell that no one came to the house. No tracks on stairs. He put a door tag on my mailbox on the street saying no one was home. I called the 800 number and they said to be at the Roseville location after 6 to get the package. I arrived at 630pm. Guaranteed by Gail that the package would be there by 6. No package and they don't know where the driver is. Thanks Gail. Manager on duty is conveniently out sick. They suggested that we come back in an hour. Don't use fedex. Stick with ups or postal service. read more

For a shipping place, it's petty rad. Clean, nice lighting, lots of spaces for writing up your packing slips. Friendly employees, lots of parking, and what appears to be brand new carpeting make this leaps and bounds above the UPS up the road. Keep up the excellent work, FedEx friends! read more

I had a package out for 2 day delivery so I tracked the package and it said that it was at the Roseville, MN facility and was due for delivery on Monday which would be 5 day delivery being that the package was sent on a Wednesday! I call fedex and the lady tells me it's available for pick up and I can get it. I go to the Roseville facility and is greeted by the most rude lady I ever in counter! She tells me the package is in a container and I need to contact the sender so they can call and pay more if I want to get the package! So I call the company that sent the package, then put her on the phone with her and she hung up on them! I think it's so unprofessional for her to even be working at the counter! If you ship anything on a regular basis, do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile to this ship center. The employees have always been super friendly and patient, not to mention knowledgeable and fast. I've never had a shipping issue from here but I've witnessed them handled with grace and efficiency. Parking is easy and it's rare to have a long wait. I've noticed most of the bad reviews here are of FedEx as a service, or of a FedEx driver, which shouldn't reflect on this location's services, IMO. read more

How is it possible that a company as large and sophisticated as fed ex can be so completely useless? I am trying ship a small perishable item overnight. The fed ex website says to buy special styrofoam and gel pack packaging from fed ex. We liv in a senior cono, a large pacvkage arrive and it was left at the desk n main lobby whicvh mant my 91 y.o husband who doesn't weigh much more than his age,had to haul it up to our unit. Is this service??? Fedex can't pay for the extra 5 minutes to have it brought to the apt.??? I will not shop at any companies any more that pay for this type of shipping! read more

I live in an apartment complex in New Brighton. The FedEx driver rang my doorbell and waited all of 5 seconds before giving up so that by the time I was able to unlock the building's door for him he was gone. I paid for overnight shipping, and your employee couldn't be bothered to wait more than 5 seconds. Now I'm out the extra shipping cost and don't have the package I needed today. At least it's not as bad as the time a package of mine shipped FedEx ended up in Oregon for a week rather than Minnesota after being shipped from Connecticut. This kind of thing is why I tell my friends to use UPS. read more
