I got a delivery from them yesterday no call prior as requested and when the driver arrived he unloaded the boxes of many on the side walk and told my daughter she had to bring them inside as he does not have time... WTF who does this.. Fast forward to day I have another delivery from them and the only way I knew it was coming today was to check the tracking information called to see what time and the lady on the phone told me it was picked up and I should get a call in 30 min and 4 hours later no call or delivery. I called and Left a few messages with HOLLY no call back no answer the other girl who would not give me her name told me Well I can see they will deliver soon but Ill let HOLLY deal with you... I would not recommend this company horrible service and customer service suck. read more

Received call to set up delivery time. Tasha very unresponsive, but after several tries finally got to talk with her. Said the driver would deliver between 10 to 2. Took day off work and tried calling and left messages for Tasha after 2pm and never returned my calls. Driver calls at 3pm and says he will be at my house within 2 hours. I had to go pick up my kids and couldn't wait. They already wasted 5 hours of my day. Left final message for Tasha and still haven't received a call back. Sent email to CEO Street fleet is worse than the cable company! Unprofessional and very unreliable. Very poor customer service. Try treating customers the way you would want to be treated. I recently had a laptop couriered by street fleet. the computer has always been kept in a sleeve, and was in generally good condition. upon return, there were black smudges and relatively deep scratches in the cover. I spoke to the company where the computer was delivered, and they commented that they had noticed some of the black marks. I contacted fleet street, and explained the situation to them - that it was not scratched when it left, and something likely happened on the way. their answer basically said that there was no way to track any damage to them, and have a nice day. their service does no departure or arrival checks for condition, which in turn permits them to deny any responsibility of damage. needless to say, my computer now is scratched and will only get repaired if I choose to do it myself. I can't recommend this service at all, both for their handling of my computer, as well as their poor customer service and unwillingness to even consider any responsibility for damages. use at your own risk!!! read more

These guys are absolutely never on time. Their website is handy to use. So, you'll type in where you are, where your package needs to go, and by what time. In the dozen or so times I've needed to use Street Fleet for work, at least 10 of those times, the courier has shown up to pick up the package well after it was due to its location. There's no heads-up, no apologies, no discount. They're completely unaccountable and I can't think of an enjoyable experience I've had with the company. My guess is Street fleet is trying to prop up its reputation with some fake 5 star positive reviews. There are some major reviewers(Many reviews) with one star in the 'Reviews not recommended' where I suspect the reviewer lost their temper. There are also a bunch of 5 star reviews which yelp caught as fake. ' My god. Bought a mattress on amazon, paid 20 bucks extra to have it delivered into my apartment. I get a call from the driver. Mattress is in a van stacked with a bunch of other mattresses. The box is too big for the van door. There is only one driver. I am thinking how is this guy going to get it out and into my apartment? So I end up pushing, he ends up pulling and crushing the side of the box to get it out. Then he tells me that he does not deliver to the apartment, just to the entrance. Mattress box is a queen, I ordered a full. I don't sign for it. He keeps on trying to get me to take it. Now he can't get the thing back in the Van. I get frustrated and leave. He calls dispatch then unboxes the mattress in our lobby. I only learn about this when I go outside and see the mess he made. It was raining when I left. If the mattress was not covered in plastic it will have gotten wet. Turns out that Amazon contract DHS to deliver it. DHS contract Estes to deliver it. Estes contracted Street Fleet to deliver it. I think they would have pressured a more frail person to have accepted it. Madness and a waste of 2 hours of my time. Bottom line is they set a mattress out in a van that was too small for one guy to deliver it. Whomever forced that into the van should be having a talking to. The guy delivering it said he did not originally load the van. If they re-boxed it in the wrong size box: Madness. That said multiple people in this supply chain screwed up. read more

THe driver showed up with the whole delivery out of the packaging laying in the back of a van.I spent over a $1000.00 on a purchase to have it tossed around by some inept courier. I should have refused delivery. read more

I scheduled a pickup and drop-off for today. They put me down for the 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. time frame. They were at the pickup location at 10:30 a.m. and dropping it off at my house at 11 a.m. This company is awesome!! read more

I have been waiting for a delivery from Overstock. I checked back when the package was beyond the anticipated delivery date. They tracked the package to Street Fleet and stated that it has been ready for delivery for some time already. I then received a phone call on my home phone to call Tasha. I have called her numerous times with my cell phone number to set up delivery. She continued to leave a message on my home phone to call and schedule delivery. After I left 4 messages she did call my cell phone and set up delivery. I confirmed multiple times that the delivery would be between 8am and noon the following day. I also confirmed twice that I would get a 30 minute notice call on my cell phone so I would be prepared. I took the morning off of work to wait for the delivery. When it had not arrived by 12:30 I made a call to Tasha that was not answered and I left for work. After I arrived at work, I called my answering machine at home and found that at 1:00pm the driver left a message on my home phone that he thought he was at my house with a delivery. I called the driver and he stated that he had left to pick up freight but would be passing by my house again about 2:00pm. I again took off work and went home to wait for the delivery. At 3:00pm I called the driver again and he did not answer. I called the dispatch and was told that I needed to speak with Tasha but she has left for the day. I continue to wait for her to return my multiple messages that I have left for her. I am very disappointed with the delivery as this was an item that had an estimated delivery date of August 22 in time for use for Labor Day. It is now September 11 and I have no idea when it will arrive. read more

This was the worst service I have ever experienced. Street Fleet said they would deliver it by 1:30 and didn't even pick up the package until 1:45. Despite being a 15 minute drive and promising to go directly there it took them over 30 minutes to get to the delivery location. Due to their incompetence, I missed a deadline for an important contract. After calling 4 times over 2 days without anyone returning my call, I finally got ahold of a manager who told me essentially "whoops, too bad". I will never use this service again and would suggest you don't trust them with anything important either. They clearly do not care about their customers or deliveries. read more

More than a week after the promised delivery date, Street Fleet finally contacted me about a delivery, so I scheduled the delivery for the following day. I sat at home for four hours on Friday waiting for the delivery. I arranged to have a second person there with me, as the shipper requested. When nobody showed up, I telephoned and emailed Fleet Street, but nobody responded. After the four-hour delivery window ended, I got a message saying that they wouldn't be making the delivery that day, but would try again the next week. Well, I work during the week, and can't keep taking time off work to wait for these people. They are unprofessional and I don't want to dea with them. read more
