I went in last week with a FAX and the number on the other end was consistently busy and they kept trying to get it through until they closed, tried mulltiple times the next morning until we gave up on that particular number and I called the gov't agency and got a different number. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered two barrels for my personal items and goods to be shipped to Nairobi, Kenya in April 2019 and it is mid September and I still have not received the two barrels which were supposed to take three months to arrive. Six months and still nothing and it is almost time for me to return home to the USA.  The people operating this business have been useless. I have contacted them on several occasions and all I'm told is that the shipments are on the way or there was some other issue. No one can give me a direct answer as to what happened so at this point it seems the items may have been stolen and Tom and Evans do not want to be held responsible. For the amount of my goods lost and the cost of these shipments they will pay up hefty in court after we hire an attorney.

I initiated a redelivery and that was also not attempted. I called this post office and asked when the package will be delivered. Every tracking email usually says by "8pm" or by "9pm". So I asked what's the ETA? I was told they cannot provide that. They then placed me on hold for 20 minutes and a woman answered and told me I was "bitching" and then hung up on me. I called customer service and was told " we can't give guarantees however most packages on Saturday will be delivered by 5PM." That is all I was asking, and instead of having an ounce of integrity, customer service or professionalism, profanity was what they resorted to. Absolutely disgusting that this individual cannot work through their own lapse of judgement and instead leads with vitriol in a CUSTOMER SERVICE position. The irony, of this level of stupidity...and she was proud lol, proud to be unable to conduct herself.

I just went to check it out and while I'm there, this old boy pulls up and he lets me know this has been coming here for 30 years. The place isn't much. A small garage that's always open and various barrel for you to dump your stuff in. If you've ever tried to bring oil to a service station or an oil change place, they make you feel like it's a big hassle, even though they are required by law to take it. This option saves you from that hassle. And it's accessible 24/7.
