When I first walked in I was greeted by Heather a very friendly young woman and a fantastic graphic artist. Even though I could barely describe what I wanted she patiently chatted with me and took all of my information, telling me that she would get back to me with a design within the next couple of days. Well, on the third day I emailed her and she apologized for the delay, (she explained what happened and it was understandable), I was impressed that she took responsibility so I had no problem with the delay best of all she had a design to me within the hour! The design was so crisp and clear; it was fantastic and it was exactly what I wanted. The price was very reasonable. I received my brochures today and was blown away by the attention to detail, the colors, the everything. I am so excited! What I really loved about doing business with this small company was that the owner, Sue, kept in contact with me every step of the way. From invoicing to emails to phone calls she didn't leave me hanging; what a refreshing change from ordering my prints online, after you pay the online companies they send you a confirmation and then nothing until you get your items.
