Sometimes it can get overwhelming, but this experience wasn't. I myself found an awesome pair of lightly worn black PVC sneakers that are gonna look great with some stuff that's already in my wardrobe-- part of the fun of thrifting is creating new outfits from completely random purchases! Employees seemed alright. I was there towards closing but I didn't feel too rushed by them to get out, which was appreciated.

Now, 45 days later, the owner called! He doesn't like the one star review. Said he would come and take a look. Guess what? He never showed, or called us back either. The container was delivered right on time by Dane and removed as soon as it got unloaded by the crew from the also excellent Twin Cities Moving Solutions that often partners locally with Units. Bonus: these guys are artists at placing the containers exactly where you need them, at a home or on a public street and it's an impressive process to watch.

Well OD is a lot like that. I shipped a crate to a customer and on top of the shipping charge they charged an additional $65 for a residential delivery. When the driver delivered the crate, 3 blocks from the residence because his truck was too big to get any closer, a neighbor drove out to get the crate. The driver rode to the house with the crate and helped the neighbor put the crate on a furniture mover and wheeled it into an elevator. After the driver was driven back to his truck and left OD sent me an additional invoice for a $65 inside delivery fee. OD may be ok for shipping business to business but I will never use them with my customers again. I have since cancelled my commercial account with them.
