Consistent kindness, not coincidence -- Jeremy embodies what customer service should be. Jeremy. This guy... EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. He is KIND. He is THOUGHTFUL. He is EMPATHETIC. He is FAST. He is EFFICIENT. He is HELPFUL. He is UNDERSTANDING. Jeremy was assisting me with Certified Mail for multiple time-sensitive government-agency documents, and he handled it with pride. The moment he realized how important those envelopes were to me, his focus and care somehow doubled. He didn't rush, roll his eyes, or make excuses -- he made sure every single detail was perfect. When I walked out, it was 1:04. The last customer in line was out of luck, right? Nope. Watch this, folks -- Jeremy, instead of saying: "A -- we're closed. B -- we don't take that..." (Golden Valley Post Office reference) Jeremy smiled and said: "Hey sir, how are ya? Come on up!" That is show-stopping customer service. And here's the thing -- this wasn't a "one-off" good day. I've been in this location many times lately, under difficult personal circumstances, and every single time Jeremy is on the clock, he shows up the same way: kind, patient, and genuine. Whether it's me or another customer, his integrity never wavers. It's not an act -- it's who he is. At a point in my life where I sometimes wonder what happened to basic decency, thank God for people like Jeremy. His consistent, unmatched kindness and work ethic restore faith in humanity. The USPS is lucky to have a man like that representing them -- hands down. With respect (and gratitude), A customer who knows how rare true professionalism is.

The review will probably do nothing so I will be taking this as far as I possibly can, trust I am…read moredetermined and resourceful...but man, where did they find YOU???? Sir (who was at the front desk of the USPS station on Freeport at around 03:00pm), you are not only incompetent but you literally shrugged when my husband asked you a question. SHRUGGED..I am embarrassed for you. Do you put your pants on one leg at a time? You then tried to sell him the idea that my Mothers day card to my grandmother was a package and that he had to pay 12 dollars to mail it. ARE YOU JOKING?? come on, none can be that ignorant. There was absolutely nothing in that envelope other than a card. No batteries, no trinkets, no photos. Just the card with a fold out Snoopy. I know times are tough right now and it is difficult to find good help ESPECAILLY for postal workers (my brother is one) but hiring you??? Like why? It could of taken just a brief moment of your time to help my husband, but you did not help him. You shrugged and wouldn't even look up an address to help him. Invest in a newspaper and find yourself a mindless job, that is where you belong sir.

How is it possible to put someone on hold immediately then KEEP them on hold for over an hour?! I purposely stayed on to see just how long They would make me wait. After an hour and 5 minutes I hung up and continued calling until someone answered. The same person answered and tried to put me on hold again! I asked for a Manager and she said she was the manager. I tried explaining how long I waited and she kept cutting me off saying she was the only one working when clearly that was a lie because I could hear another female helping customers as well. She would not help and would not direct me to anyone higher than her so I guess I'll be taking this up to corporate. Ridiculous!
