First things first, I normally love this location. I've had really good experiences with associates working here and have gone out of my way to leave them positive surveys. Today however this group could not have been less cordial. Especially the Store manager. I've been having issue with my packages to being actually delivered and I usually don't mind routing them here, but having poor attitudes is just the icing on the Proverbial cake of bad experiences. read more

Guess what? The super cool Assistant Manager, Quinn is gone and there's a new manager and she's a Class A Jerk!!! I went here today (for the 4th time this summer) to ship an extra large item at the request of an Ebay buyer. I was shipping a super huge, 44 pound antique radio using the buyer's account number. Should be simple, right? Wrong! Quinn is gone and the new manager made my experience miserable. When I asked her why the last 3 times were totally different she told me she "wasn't going to argue with me" and that she's training a new person and they're going to do it right this time! So my last 3 times were done wrong? It seemed good to me. How about some consistent policies? I felt like I should have my attorney sitting next to me when I was listening to her carefully worded tap dance, explaining to me who is liable for what, who they consider the actual shipper, etc. etc. etc. Just please don't smash my stuff! I dropped off a book to have it spiral bound and the step in manager Tiffany did it and cut out so much of the book even the other associates said she should know better and should have looked. Just ridiculous. She said "I can get you a new book and redo it." I don't have time for that. This is for a class. read more

1 star is pretty accurate so I will continue the trend. I did not interact with anyone and if I had I probably would have ruined their day. I used the self service PCs, which charge per minute... Well, great, but not when they use dial up internet and shitty PCs. It took 3 minutes just to load Google and another 3 to download a black/white PDF. $6 to print 4 pages. Lol, fuck off. I tried my actions in Firefox and Internet Explorer... Both were shit. Google said the IE version wasn't compatible... Time to fire your IT department as a whole or adjust your IT budget so they have money to fix all the problems. I was in a hurry and didn't have access to a computer so I couldn't go to Staples instead where the same thing costs me $0.30. Learned my lesson. read more

This place is awful. A few years ago, when I was getting married, I sent a few things to print there and many of the things turned out wrong and they were less than apologetic in correcting it. I have a friend who says the same thing happened to her. Last Christmas, I ordered printing services through them for my cards and they cut them for me and they were SO crooked and awful. I should have stopped using them then --- But - fool me twice, and shame on me. Over the holidays I had something shipped to their facility because I was out of state and didn't want the package sitting on my porch in the cold for a week until I was able to get home to retrieve it. I called this store and told them that I had redirected the shipment to them and gave them the exact date when I was coming to pick it up. I also recognized that they only hold things for so long after they've arrived and the person said it was no problem to hold it longer because I let them know. I arrived on the day I said I would, to pick it up. The female employee who helped me disappeared to the back to get my package as I stood a few feet from the counter. She came out with no package and went over to a manager to ask for help. The manager was "busy" talking to another employee about some random non-work related topic and looked extremely unpleased to be interrupted. She told him that a package for a customer (me) had come in, wasn't picked up and then was shipped back to the shipper. The manager said (in a really harsh tone) "WHICH customer?" and I was pretty turned off by his attitude. So I stepped more toward the counter and said "Me." The manager came over to me at the counter and repeated what I'd already overheard by the employee. I said "So, calling and letting you know I was going to be in to get it a few days late and being told it would be held longer, makes no difference to you?" to which he replied in the snarkiest way imaginable "How are we supposed to know when you're coming in?". I responded "Because I gave the exact date." And he said (get ready for this) "Well, there's nothing I can do about it. Talk to the place you had it shipped from, the package is on its way back to them." NO apology, NO explanation. I stared him down for a few uncomfortable seconds and then said "Thanks for nothing!" and left. Overall, when it comes to me reviewing a business, I can get past a few mistakes. But the attitude of the people who work there, who MANAGE these places makes all the difference in the world. If you want to give your business to a place who will treat you like dirt and doesn't care about your needs as a customer, then this FedEx Office location is just the place! Dropped of a Fed-Ex package yesterday and the female 'manager' carefully scrutinized the box I was using which was heavy duty cardboard, no dents, no wrinkles, but did have 3 inch label that I had to use a black marker to cover up , she said that Fed-Ex was 'cracking down on used boxes' and "for future reference, we sell new boxes". This really ticked me off - Especially since there was nothing wrong with the box and with all the push to recycle/reuse these days...I have shipped packages for over 30 years through fed-ed, UPS, DHL, USPS and many others and never had some nitwit threaten to reject a perfect box so she could sell another - that is bad business Guess I will have to use the other guys from now on. read more

I would give this place a 5/5 stars if I dealt with the guy with the curly hair every time. Unfortunately he probably has a life outside of fedex so he can't be there all the time. Anyway, he is the only person that will give you any real help there and not act like you are a burden to their day. read more

Showed up at 5:50 to get something printed and was told by the woman at the counter "I just restarted the printer and there is already someone waiting. We open again at 8AM tomorrow." Obviously they don't care enough to spend the 5 minutes to get my print job done for me. I went elsewhere and won't be back. read more

I would give them a zero if that were an option. The worst customer service ever!!! I tried to pick up a package with photo ID and address matching the delivery address on the package. I even had the door tag, but, because that is the only power the pathetic manager has in her life, she refused to release it to me even though the 1-800-GOFEDEX phone number they suggest I call, told them and myself that they should release it to me. When they were told that, they decided that the 1-800-GOFEDEX people don't know anything and they didn't have to release it if they don't want to. They wasted more than 30 minutes of my time telling me that I couldn't have it regardless of what their customer service people said. Now it is being escalated through customer service because these people don't understand I'm not trying to steal my own shipment. Sadly, if I were home all day to receive the shipment (yep, at that same address that is on my photo ID) they would hand it to me, no questions asked. UNBELIEVABLE!!! read more
