"Signs by RSG" got back to us right away. I exchanged several emails with Spencer, then when we had a problem conveying the correct graphics, Spencer and I became friends on "FaceBook" so he could see exactly what I was wanting. We told them what we wanted and waited and waited for them to get back to us which never happened. This year we decided to try them again and give them a second chance due to a friend referring us. Well that was a huge mistake. We dropped off our information we ended up having to call them to get a quote and a proof. We asked for two different kinds of signs and were told they would be ready in a week. We received a phone call stating that the had lost our proof and needed us to bring them the proof they had given us. We brought the proof back and were told they would be ready in a week. Two days after the day we were told they would be done we called and were told they had misspelled a word and would need to re send our proof to printing. At this point we were very upset and said that we needed signs as soon as possible. They told us that they would have a small batch ready for us that afternoon and when we called to go pick them up we were told again that they were not ready and we would be able to pick them up in the morning. We went to pick up our signs and they had put the wrong phone number on the sign and had everything all squished up and it looked horrible. Never use this company they are extremely unprofessional , slow and cannot get there stuff together enough to even get a simple sign ready. They are a SIGN company you would think they could at least spell. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I went here today (for the 4th time this summer) to ship an extra large item at the request of an Ebay buyer. I was shipping a super huge, 44 pound antique radio using the buyer's account number. Should be simple, right? Wrong! Quinn is gone and the new manager made my experience miserable. When I asked her why the last 3 times were totally different she told me she "wasn't going to argue with me" and that she's training a new person and they're going to do it right this time! So my last 3 times were done wrong? It seemed good to me. How about some consistent policies? I felt like I should have my attorney sitting next to me when I was listening to her carefully worded tap dance, explaining to me who is liable for what, who they consider the actual shipper, etc. etc. etc. Just please don't smash my stuff!
