I cannot say enough amazing things about Ben at Big Media Printing! The night before my conference, I was in an absolute panic, desperately searching the internet for someone who could print my posters on extremely short notice. I had never met Ben before, but that didn't matter--he stepped up in the most incredible way. Not only did he print TWO stunning, high-quality posters for me after business hours, but he also made sure they were properly protected since I didn't have a poster tube. And if that wasn't enough, he personally delivered them to me, ensuring that my team and I were fully prepared for the conference. But what truly blew me away was Ben's kindness and generosity. When I mentioned that I was paying for the last-minute printing myself--not my department--he threw in the second poster for free and didn't even charge me the rush fee. That kind of thoughtfulness is incredibly rare. Ben didn't just save the day for me--he saved it for my entire team. His professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for his customers are unmatched. The print quality was absolutely flawless--crisp, vibrant, and professional. But beyond that, his kindness made a stressful situation so much easier. If you ever need printing services, go to Big Media Printing. And if you're lucky enough to work with Ben, you'll see firsthand what true customer service looks like. Thank you, Ben--you are an absolute lifesaver, and I am forever grateful! read more
