I've only used Graphistudio a couple times, and while the product was nice, the customer service is non-existent. I called my US-based "rep" twice well over a week ago with an urgent question in order to see if I would be able to use them for a particular client. No response at all. No email, no call back. Needless to say I did not place this order with them. From what I've read online, other photographers have had similar customer service problems with them. Oh well, there are other options that will be getting my business. My clients count on me to deliver, and I need to count on my vendors as well. read more

I just wanted to do a quick update. It's now been about 10 years that I have been a Graphistudio customer. I absolutely LOVE this company. They are hands down the most innovative album design company in the industry. Not only do they produce incredible albums, they now also create stunning wall art masterpieces. They are constantly upping their game and creating new and better products for photographers. One of the best companies by far to have on board as a partner! HIGHLY recommend and their recent album GoBook that made album of the year is STUNNING and priced well for our clients in the midwest! I'm saddened by all the bad reviews out on yelp and pray that if you are considering them you contact your sales rep for your area! IF I've had any issues or questions on an album, my sales rep is immediately in action to fix it! And YES, they do process cards from an Italian based company. Once you inform your bank that this same company will be extracting funds there should no longer be any declined transactions. I feel as a business owner quality is worth a LOT this day in age. I think their products are lovely. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Maureen, the director of the US and Canada operations, is condescending and really needs to take a step back and learn to respect the people who keep them in business. She runs a group for GraphiStudio on FB, and she talks down to people who give varying opinions on things. If we dont agree with her, we need to be educated. I simply cannot support a company like this, and they just lost 5 customers in one night (that I know of...could be even more) because of how she was speaking to customers in the group she runs on behalf of Graphi. Graphi products are top quality and one of the most innovative on the market. We have no problem wow'ing our clients are with Made in Italy books, prints, and image boxes. I've been a Graphi client/photographer for 12 years and have only had good experiences. They feel like they're part of my team and have helped out immeasurably when I've made errors. I agree with the previous one star reviewer. The albums are nice- are they amazing? No, not really, but I've continued to give them our business because it seemed like a good value and over the last 10 years- I haven't had any quality issues. The problem is just that- the minute you do have a quality issue, it's a nightmare. They will not stand behind their product, and speaking with their customer service rep "Maureen" is like talking to someone who feels she is too god for her position. You're in customer service Maureen... you may want to look up what that position entails. The condescending tone and giving off the feeling that your customer is putting you out is a sure recipe for failure in any any business. We are all talking and bad word of mouth travels fast. Especially when there are several great alternatives at this point in time. This wasn't the case 10 years ago. I would say if you're a new photographer or existing business, and looking at an album company- try someone else. Maybe Renaissance, KISS, even millers has some nice affordable books- and they are lightening fast! Something graphi has never been. Plus, I can vouch for these companies, their customer support and valuing our business. That is so important. Hopefully graphi realizes this before it's too late. read more

Very interesting reviews below. I have been using Graphi Studio sense 2007 never had big problems. One's they made a spelling mistake on a album cover and one's I talked to customer service Graphi paid for entire shipping and shipped back album with correct cover shortly. . Also it takes little effort to reach them. Graphi is one of the BIGGEST album companies that I seen. They are not the BEST like Queensberry albums but never had problems with them like below. and I have printed MANY albums thru them. read more

Products are beautiful, customer service is atrocious. I attempted to order sample products to show clients in our sales room and 10 months later, my order is half-fulfilled and the back-and-forth with their customer service has given me gray hair. I finally gave up, asked for a refund and am taking a nearly $400 loss for the album they sent me that was wrong and never corrected. I just want the experience to be over. I could never offer their products to my clients due to the horrendous, rude customer service. read more

Stay away. Not worth the price, turn around time, and hassle of simply trying to pay with your credit card. I ordered an album and could not get them to charge my CC. They said the charge wasn't going through because my bank would not allow an Italian (overseas transaction to happen) and to contact my bank fraud department, and my bank department said that they didnt' see an charge. I was incredibly frustrated, spoke to them on the phone, even met the team in person at a photo convention here in NYC and nobody even gave me another option to pay for the albums. After a couple months of trying to pay I went to another company for the album in the US which ended up being about the same price and I got it within a weeks time. All the while I get a daily email from graphi studio saying that my credit card did not go through over and over. One day after I had already went through another company to fulfill my clients album order (and ended up losing them because it took so long and they were furious) after telling someone on the phone that this was too long and to cancel my order. Flash forward a month and my bank notifies me of an overseas attempt at charging my credit card. My account was frozen and I had to go to bank and unfreeze it. I told them the attempted charge was not to happen as I cancelled the order. They allowed my credit card to work again, and the next day graphi charged me for an album that I no longer needed. I immediately responded with please cancel this order via the horrific online system that you needed to go through to communicate with Italy (keep in mind I already told a representative on the phone that I was done and furious as I lost my client) I never heard back anything from Graphi Italy and so I told my bank that the charge was not authorized and they returned the money back to my account while they investigated. Almost two months later I get a notification that they funds were reversed and the Graphi kept my money. I called support in the US and the customer service was not helpful. They said too bad that I wasn't at the address that they sent out the albums to and that I could not get my money back. They said it was my fault that I did not do my due diligence at finding a way to pay them. They said I could have done a bank wire transfer, but that was after the fact after speaking to multiple people and nobody giving me this advice. I was only told after I requested my refund for albums I did not get. Stay away. They communication between the USA branch and the Italian branch is miserable and way too time consuming. I've never experienced such rude customer service. It is a shame that the company hasn't set up a credit card system to properly charge someone here in the states that would not make a bank suspect fraud. I even contacted someone from Graphi Studio in Italy about this ordeal and did not hear back from him when he promised that he would get back to me the next business day. read more

Saw them at WPPI 2013 and liked the samples they had out so we contacted them via their online form for pro photographers, we emailed, and called and after 4 months of waiting, they have yet to contact us back to set up an account. Looks like my wedding album vendor will NOT be graphi. Seriously poor customer service! read more
