hi. i was there on sat. evening i think so. i want to ship my book, it was in a big yellow envelope, i wanted to put in a box. he was saying i should put another box, i asked him. how much. i don't remember how much. he say i should just leave in the envelope, i say no. i did say i wanted one day. asap, he give me other option.it was will be fast. if i want to pay other stuff. i say sure. i didn't do it. i don't remember. i say this is my first time. if you want to help me. you could say you want to help me. thanks i want 10 by 10 by 10. the box. he asked me. my named and other stuff too i want to send to this place. so. i give him. a name. after that i say i give him the wrong name. i got the receipt yesterday i got there like 2pm. (tracker :1Z61E2410324247414) i was wonder why. this number isn't tracker after that. he say he cant help me. i say what number i should i call. he customer service. i say do you have customer service. see he didn't wanted to give me. the other employee say they do is in the back he never give me a new receipt. fuck. i felt this was mt fault, it wasn't my fault he say i was taking to long, there a long behind me. what that mean. CUSTOMER SERVICE always right. no matter what. just listen to people. you cant listen to people. you shouldn't been working this job it see like he was irritation by me. he was unhappy. if you are unhappy. don't work at this job. it doesn't matter everyone's need to be patient. so he need to change his attitude. what is his named, i didn't get it. he is Indian. he help me, omg. this is so crazy. if you have a bad day, don't take it to other people. i wasn't trying to be bitch. i say I'm sorry. i think he was manager. he help mw. he say i should wait yesterday night so i can change it. no. tracker number it show it. the manager say that he will help me i' m sorry. today i came in i thought manager will help me. no. i say i can wait. he can help me. he say another employee will there at 9:00 am i did call the customer service. they couldn't help me too. i don't know how long i was on the phone with the customer service. so the customer service say i should go the near store ups. they can help me to canceled it. Indian guy, say he cant because it was out the delivery. i say i talk to customer server they say that you guys can cancel. Be happy this location even exists and we don't have to drive farther to get things done! I came to the UPS store yesterday. I had an online reservation for 11 o'clock to have a document notarized. In the meantime I was going to have them wrap and send a picture frame for me and they quoted me $38... A crazy amount of money! At 11:10 one of the employees came up and said to me "yeah they won't be here till 12 o'clock" ( to notarize my document). I returned at 12:07 and they said "she'll be here any minute" I stayed till 12:10 and decided to go next-door to the White Bear Lake Government Center and got my document notarized there. Their services are overpriced in my estimation and I received very poor customer service. read more

Six months ago, this UPS Store got New Owners.The previous owners and staff were amazing. I was sad to see a "complete" changeover. I gave the new staff the benefit of a learning curve, but unfortunately the ball has been dropped continuously on both verbal and written email requests. Not Good. I always thought the UPS Store was solely for shipping and receiving packages. I was WAY WRONG! This UPS Store runs an amazing print shop! I was referred to this store by a friend and I've been using them for all of my marketing and print projects for the past two years now. Ask for Ann - she runs the show here. Ann always has my large-scale print projects completed in record time. They also have fast delivery and their prices are unbeatable. My business is primarily in the western suburbs of Eden Prairie and Minnetonka, yet I choose to use the UPS Store across town in White Bear Lake! Yes. I did ask for help. That is when you "informed me" that I "need to know how to use the machine before making copies ". There was nothing written or verbal to indicate for me that the SELF SERVE copies are to be used by people with prior knowledge OR that mistakes are the customers responsibility. I was stunned at your tone as it was punitive and loud enough for other customers to hear. Now I come to find out you are the business owner... I'm stunned again. Should you desire to retain customers, I suggest you find a way to speak more kindly to them. If copy machines were my skill set, I would have my own. I understand the busy season however I expect to be treated with kindness and compassion when stepping into a business. I accepted responsibility for the errors in copying despite lack of written communication on your businesses part as it's not my intention to enter your business and steal from you through mis use of the machine. You stated very clearly to me that" I have to pay for those even if you don't ". Hopefully the extra money for the 16 empty copies helps you out . For me it's far from about the money. I can only hope you will take the responsibility that is yours in this situation so this does not happen to another person coming into your business. Regardless, I will not bring my business back to you or recommend you to others. You response here has solidified that decision for me.
