Nothing expensive. I asked him about a possible upgrade to a new saw and this will become a backup, but Jeff did not try to upsell me. He answered my questions, made some recommendations, and got my saw running and chains inspected and sharpened in less than a week when I needed them. I took my 55 out to work. I called back a few weeks later on the saw upgrade and optional brush cutter. I explained what I need based on property and tasks and Jeff made quick and accurate recommendations. I'll pick them up on the way to the property this week. The buying process was as professional and friendly as the service process. He also had options in stock (Husqvarna's newer style chain saw box, for one), so it was one-stop shopping. I run a small business and really emphasize supporting others. It's great to have a small, specialty equipment vendor like Minneapolis Saw Co. that has the baseline equipment, knows the equipment, and provides top quality service on site with reasonable turn around times. There are closer shops to me (Eden Prairie), but I'll make the drive to Minneapolis Saw Co.).

The guy who came in with the random task was a man with a thick Spanish accent--and the UPS worker was so rude to him. Again, with apparently no customer service skills yelled at the guy that he was wasting his time, which he doesn't have time to waste, and that he wished the guy would have told him what he needed sooner. It honestly made me so uncomfortable and I only stayed because I couldn't make an appointment elsewhere. The notary was $5 but definitely not worth the UPS-created stress. 10/10 would not recommend coming to this location.

They quickly hooked it up to my hitch and disconnected it when I got back. Watching these guys on the phone and with customers, it's clear they do a ton of business, and they know exactly what they're doing at this point. They even waived their late fee for me, as I overslept and brought it back 2 hours late on Monday. They don't just rent trailers either, they have pretty much everything under the sun, including party tents and equipment. I even saw slushy machines and popcorn makers. I used Matt's pick up and delivery option this round and it was so convenient! While the mower was being serviced, my lawn decided to grow the thickest it has grown all summer so, my mower had its work cut out for it when Matt dropped it off. I got a full tune up and carburetor clean and blade replacement from Matt. Once I turned the ignition on, I instantly felt the difference in quality that my riding mower now had compared to before it was serviced. Smoother cutting, less vibration and quicker start up.
