I went to Minneapolis Saw to fix and tune up my lawn mower back in March 2026. So they ended up using a wheel for a different brand of mower to replace the broken one. My mower was finally fixed after waiting two months. Meanwhile, on July 2026 I returned there again because the two rear wheels on the mower busted and were no good. One of these wheels they recently replaced back in May. This time they first told me the rear wheels couldn't get ordered because they are not available. I requested Minneapolis Saw to get rid of the lawn mower and I would buy a new one. They did not do as I asked. Instead, I find out a few days later that they were able to order the wheels in. I find this out after spending $600 on a new mower. Now, I am paying the full cost of fixing the old mower which ran around $226 after parts and labor. This was a terrible experience for myself because these idiots changed their story. All I get is the runaround. They say one thing and mean another. I would strongly advise customers to go elsewhere for any repairs.

They quickly hooked it up to my hitch and disconnected it when I got back. Watching these guys on the phone and with customers, it's clear they do a ton of business, and they know exactly what they're doing at this point. They even waived their late fee for me, as I overslept and brought it back 2 hours late on Monday. They don't just rent trailers either, they have pretty much everything under the sun, including party tents and equipment. I even saw slushy machines and popcorn makers.
