Everytime I go here they are always trying to up sale or give inaccurate information to get a sale .Told me both times during my visit to that the company would refuse my return if I didn't buy a box . Within minutes I received a response back explaining they had a computer for customer use at a small fee for use at the store. From start to finish Elie and the staff held my hand and took care of me. I was in and out in about 6.5 minutes. They even provided me with a mask since I forgot mine at home. There must be something in the air down on Hennepin. Between Fratallone's and the UPS Store, I've experienced some of the most unexpectedly friendly customer service. I don't make shipments very often, but I come here when I do. It's in my neighborhood and they sell all the accouterments for packaging boxes, books, Zappos returns, etc. Best of all, the staff is super gregarious, without sacrificing efficiency. It 1st took me 10 minutes to get a rep then I asked him if they can receive a fax, He said yes but took another 15 minutes for him to understand what I was needing. Even though I made it clear 2 minutes into the conversation. I asked him can you receive a fax he never did say no but said if I need a fax he has to us a different UPS. Usually a great experience up here but today (6/6/19) I got passed around from one employee to the next. And allegedly in the shuffle they forgot / neglected to inform me that the label they were printing would cost $4 until *after* they printed it. When I said I thought it was free, the employee informed me that it's $4 if they print it at the counter, $2 if I print it at their computers in the front of the store or "free at your local library". I don't appreciate the hidden cost of what I thought was a free return to Amazon nor the condescending tone from this particular employee on Thursday morning 6/6. read more

As a millennial I know jack about shipping/posting things. I had upwards of 20 packages all going to different locations and the staff at UPS uptown on Hennepin were BEYOND helpful. Super friendly and able to answer all of my questions. They were really good at following up with me too. Genuinely concerned about getting me tracking/delivery information for all my packages. Do not go here! Horrible horrible service. Not even from just an employee but the OWNER Judy herself. She was extremely impatient, condescending, and rude. However if you would like to ruin your day be sure to stop by there for a simple return and you will surely kill any type of joy you have at the time. This UPS store went beyond normal service for us. It started with a transport chair that needed to be returned, but I had lost the packaging. I brought it to this UPS store, and they packaged it for me. However, Fed express refused to take the package because "it was too big". We took it back to UPS store and they were able to cutDown the box to meet Fed Express requirements. They also let us borrow a dolly to take it down to fed express because it wouldn't fit in our car. They were very helpful and we appreciate it. Because of their exceptional service we receive a full refund for the chair. read more

This has to do a lot with their outstanding staff! Upon entering, I am usually met with happy and laid back staff that help me without any eye rolling or sighing. When it comes to shipping a package, they've outlined the different shipping options and costs. They'll also recommend one option that best suits my needs. Aside from their awesome service, they play some BAD-ASS tunes up in this joint! I've heard everything from classic Jimi Hendrix to even Etta James to various members of Rhymesayers. Very hit or miss... mostly miss. Dropping off amazon returns is usually a breeze and I have encountered some nice employees for sure... but shipping a package today was a different experience. I wanted to mail a bridesmaids dress and a bridesmaids saree to my bridesmaid for as little as possible - the woman who helped me was unpleasant and was not thrilled to answer any questions I had. The total was way more than I expected as I normally ship thru USPS, but this UPS is close to my house and has parking. Will be going to USPS next time. read more

Love this place. First of all, everyone who works here is super nice. We've come here a few times now - a couple times to ship things and one time to notarize. Every time we've been greeted with friendly staff. Beware of the step into and out of the store, I've slightly tripped on that stumbling block a couple times now carrying big boxes and forgetting it's there. I love that I can come here and print out my prepaid label for free since I don't have a printer readily accessible to me right now. The store is a good size and they seem to always have an appropriate number of staff to handle the volume of clients on hand. Great, great place. They have their own parking lot which makes it very convenience and they're surrounded by cute little cafes and restaurants. read more

Quick, friendly, and with convenient hours (they're always open when you need them). Take that post office! Yes, they even will ship those flat rate USPS boxes you got for free from the postal service. It won't be a flat rate, but it might even be cheaper. I pay the buck or two more not to have to deal with the grouchy, pain in the rear post office and its employees. read more

Well...that was easy. Walked in with an amazon return in the original box but still needed to attach the shipping label and tape up the box and all that. The nice guy with glasses (wish I had asked for his name!) told me to hand everything over and he'd take care of it. He printed my receipt and said I was good to go. Woah. After going here for years there customer service has finally become as terrible as FedEx in uptown. Managers standing around doing nothing and when you ask for help printing a photo they simply tell you to figure it out yourself. The staff her used to be fantastic but now printing anything is an ordeal. I would recommended just buying your own printer. read more

I called, spoke with Mathew, e-mailed the documents, drove to the Store and had the documents waiting, signed the many pages, Mathew notarized it and mailed it. Done!
