Fast Quality work Low prices Don't those three qualities make up the vendor 'triangle' -- you can't have all three at once or something? Zip Printing provides great work fast inexpensively. And with a smile. They might even throw in a freebie or two. And if it's anything to do with making a hard copy of something, Zip can do it. read more

Such efficient, great customer service and kindness in the case of needing memorial programs printed. Staff went above and beyond to help. Plus the programs were beautiful. Thank you! read more

I've used Zip Printing for a few years now for odd jobs with my previous non-profit employer and my wedding invitations as of late. They stay true to their name and work silly fast. Their prices are competitive and often, they do work for larger places that farm out to them. Seriously. Ask Dwain, the owner. Sending high res pdf documents is never an issue and they make really crisp and professional type. I go for quality and keep coming back on price. They do great business and the personal touch of actually remembering me is vital. read more

Zip's printing is fast and flexible! They have gone above and beyond making all of my printing stress free. I recommend this place to all my family & friends. Bonus: I love opportunities to support small businesses w/o sacrificing quality and this satisfies both. read more

Can I please give 6 stars? I am so grateful I found Zip for all of my wedding printing. I used them for my wedding invitations, response cards and rehearsal dinner invites. Let me say this: Dwaine takes customer service to another level. When I first called, he took the time to talk with me about my specific printing job AND he even asked me questions about my wedding details and planning. He was the sweetest! He volunteered to connect with my invitation designer personally to make sure the invitations were printed exactly as they envisioned. He did call my designer before printing just to double-check something...I was blown away by his attention to detail. He offered cost-saving suggestions for the invitation design so I could use less paper. For the quality of customer service, product and turn-around time this place is a true gem. When I picked up my invitations, Dwaine knew the names of each person who came in the door after me. I'm guessing he has 'regulars' that love him. Dwaine proved to be one of those vendors that truly stood out in our wedding experience. He provided small-town customer service in the big city. I would highly recommend them for anything you need printed & I look forward to using them again in the future. read more

I am standing in Zip Printing right now receiving the absolute best customer service! I created a few wedding shower games to be printed out and Zip printing helped me by allowing me to bring my laptop, providing me a flash drive to receive the files, and printed 25 beautiful color copies on gorgeous hard stock paper in less than 20 minutes. They printed me a test copy to approve and we're so kind. I cannot thank Zip printing enough. If you aren't using small, local businesses, you are missing out! read more

I would recommend Zip Printing to everyone. I had designed invitations but did not have anywhere to print them. They were very prompt in getting me a quote via email and the invitations were printed within the next 2 hours. When I went to pick them up they were very friendly and the copies looked great. Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. Zip Printing is the epitome of great customer service and saved me from being voted the worst bridesmaid of 2013. I was behind the ball on getting some wedding shower invitations out and called them on a Friday at 5:45 to see how late they were open that evening. Cori answered and said they actually had closed at 5:30. I asked her when they were open on Saturday and she said they were closed on Saturdays. At that point I was going to just take them somewhere else because I was expecting her to be like, "We're closed for the weekend, good luck!" but she asked me what I needed and I explained my situation. She said she would stay there so we could get them out. When I arrived she already had envelopes set out and paper that she thought I would like. She was super knowledgeable and did not rush me at all - even though she was already staying way later than closing time! All in all, the process was efficient and so reasonably priced! I cannot say enough great things about this place. I will definitely be going back for all of my printing needs and you should too. read more

I am quite impressed! The owner gave me a quote on a print job to make 1000 little booklets, which seemed reasonable. Then he told me that there is another print company that has bigger equipment that can do the job for less money, and even looked up the other company's number for me. A very honest guy! read more

I called at 4pm to print baby showers and they were ready for pickup at 5pm the same day! Friendly helpful staff. Will definitely return!

The service here was great! I had my prints done within the hour on quality paper for an affordable price. The people were so personable and friendly both on the phone and in store. Would highly recommend. read more

These guys are AMAZING! I would recommend to anybody who appreciates good old-fashioned service and quality. They routinely go above and beyond on my printing projects. They work fast and are priced very competitively. Friendly as can be too. Love them! read more

I just picked up my wedding invitations and am THRILLED with the results! I saved a ton of money by creating my own but that meant I needed to bug the crew at Zip printing several times to preview and make sure it would print well, etc. but the whole team was super friendly and helpful throughout- pointing out ways I could be even more economical if I wanted. 5/5 stars all day long - these guys are great :) read more

This place is amazing. We needed some wedding invitations done (no you are not invited) and found this place via yelp. It looks a wee bit shady, but the staff (ask for Dwain) was fantastic, friendly, and professional. We were referred to other locally owned businesses for services they couldn't do, or just to save us money. We brought in our own paper and, when some copies weren't right, they went to the paper place on their own time and got more paper. Also, if I'm ever having a bad day, I'm just going to go in there and have a chat with Dwain. He is perhaps the most personable person I have ever met in my life. As a bonus, he knows the printing business. Please go here for all your printing needs. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Zip Printing!! read more

A solid 5 star review from me! I actually selected this place based on other reviews and I'm happy I did. I was very pleased with their customer service and my finished product! It's not easy to find establishments that 'get it right' from start to finish but that is what I found here and it was definitely appreciated! I needed funeral brochures, so it was not an easy process for me emotionally. Both Cori and Dwain were sensitive, understanding, and helpful throughout the process. In my opinion, they are simply great people who do an awesome job and treat people the way they should be treated. read more

I'm so happy with the service and outcome of our trip to Zip Printing. My partner and I went to get our wedding programs printed with our own design and they completed it quickly and the result is so great! They centered and made sure the image was correct on both sides and cut the programs down perfectly. So glad we made a quick yelp search and found Zip. read more

This place is awesome! I printed my wedding invitations here, and they have amazing customer service. The first time I went in, they recommended a place to buy the paper at, and then they printed free samples for me once I got the paper. When the file I gave them for the wedding invitation wasn't the right size for the envelope I had, they caught it right away, and called me right away instead of printing it. Once they got the right file, they were able to print the invitations within a day. I can't recommend them highly enough! read more

As a graphic designer, I've been to my fair share of printers...and Zip tops them all! I was looking for a quality, local printer after moving to the Cities, and this is definitely the place. Fast, friendly, and great quality printing - all at a fantastic price! I came in with files on a flash drive and my own cardstock 11x17" sheets. I was greeted quickly and, with 8 pages, double-sided...in-and-out in 5 minutes. Not only that, the woman who printed my order offered to run the entire job on their paper so I could check the quality and layout for free and without having to test on my own paper! Once I had the chance to look the test prints over, she printed the job on my sheets with no problem. Don't waste your time at any other printer-especially the big box places like FedEx/staples/officemax. Zip's print quality is 1000 times better and very affordable and friendly! I would definitely recommend Zip to any students or professionals needing to print a portfolio or design work! A+++ read more

The best printer I have ever dealt with. EVER. Getting them the image to print was so easy, and they were very nice and polite and helpful in guiding me through selecting the right cuts and papers. Most importantly, though, they are really FAST. They've earned that "Zip" name!! I called in a panic needing thousands of fliers printed and cut by the end of the day, and they were able to turn them around in hours. It was amazing. I highly recommend them! read more

Wow!! I always try to support local businesses, so I read the reviews and called Zip Printing for my wedding invitations. SO nice and responsive. Of course I was in a hurry, so I brought them in on a Friday and expected to have to wait until Monday to pick them up. Instead they printed them while I waited! They were printed on pearlized paper and didn't slip. Very beautiful and completely couldn't tell I did them myself. Thank you!! read more

I had a great experience today. Dwain gave me great customer service, I walked in with a flash drive and walked out minutes later with a cup of coffee, a stack of posters and a stack of prints. Price was reasonable and I think I probably had a better day because of my experience there. read more

Can't say enough about the quality of their product, their service, and friendliness. Coming to them from a small charter school to have a yearbook printed, they were absolutely top notch in helping me get our book printed at an affordable price and quick as well. They pull out all the stops in making sure you get what you want. The reason I went to this place in the first place were the awesome reviews on yelp, I was glad that they were not wrong. read more

My fiance (now wife!) and I had our wedding programs printed at Zip. Since the wedding was days away and they didn't have the color of paper we were interested in, Dwain suggested I bring in my own. After providing a pdf of the program and the paper, they had them printed and cut as I waited. While they were printing, Dwain asked about our Honeymoon and when I mentioned we were headed to the North Shore, he gave several suggestions for day trips and restaurants. Printing and spontaneous travel advice -- can't go wrong here! read more

I have been working with Cori and Dwain around the holidays every year for a long time. I always look forward to working with them as they are professional, yet fun, and kind as well. Great price, friendly, fast service. An error occurred (that could have easily been attributed to my miscommunication), and Dwain cheerfully reprinted three reams of paper while apologizing to me. I can't say enough good things about this place. Please give them your business. read more

Dwain and team at Zip Printing are excellent! They've got superb customer service and I'm so glad we were able to work with them on our wedding invitations. We designed them ourselves, and intended to just have them printed, but when I ran into margin errors that sent me into a bout of frustration, they jumped in and fixed everything on the design right away so they looked perfect! The prices were very affordable and they were very timely with printing. All around, we were very impressed. Thanks again! read more

Zip Printing is absolutely outstanding! I printed my wedding invitations here and I was very impressed in the quality, price, and customer service provided by Zip. Dwain and the rest of the staff are wonderful, everyone I talked to provided me with excellent customer service! Dwain took the time to talk with me and go over all of the details, he referred me to a place to buy the printing paper and envelopes that would also save me money. He was very considerate of my needs and made sure that I got everything I was looking for. Not only that, but they also let me come in early before official store hours drop off my invitation prints, and were willing to stay open late for me if I couldn't make it in time to pick them up after work. Everyone at Zip goes out of their way to make sure you have an excellent experience. Truly made my day working with them! My invitations were printed, cut and ready to pick up in less than 24 hours! Not to mention they look fantastic! I will most definitely be going back for all of my future printing needs! I Highly recommend! read more

My trip to Zip's Printing was one of the highlights of my entire wedding planning process. Dwain put me at ease from the very beginning, giving me proofs of everything that I needed (programs, menus, table numbers) to ensure that the colors matched the rest of my decor perfectly. He looked for ways to help me save money, and was incredibly accommodating when the order specs were changed last minute. Not only was the quality great, but they finished the job early, which put me even more at ease for the wedding weekend. I wish I had found them earlier...I would have saved on my invites as well. read more

My experience at ZIP Printing was nothing short of fantastic. They have an incredibly friendly, accommodating staff and affordable prices. I recently had my wedding invitations printed at there. They were able to print & trim them as I waited (only about 15min) and they went above and beyond to help me fix some color problem with the file I gave them. I HIGHLY recommend them. Well done Zip Printing staff! read more

Zip Printing printed my save the dates and wedding invitations. I was being really picky and, through a miscommunication, my invitations weren't printed exactly how I wanted them. The staff was so understanding and reprinted them for me really quickly, and they turned out perfect! read more

After reading 5 positive reviews on Zips I decided to go there to print my wedding invitations. I already had the file, font, and layout done, so this should be a simple job. I called in the morning to verify with Dwain that I could come with a Word file since I didn't have a pdf creator at work, and he assured me that was no problem. So far so good....but then when I arrived I waited a good 3-4 minutes before the lady asked me what I needed. I told her I have a word file, I just need to convert to a pdf (this is an extremely easy task) and she immediately got an attitude. She freaked out that I didn't have a pdf and made it seem like I was asking for the moon. She said they had the correct font on one computer, and MS word on the other computer, and they flat out refused to download the truetype font (which takes 15 seconds). Then she tinkered with the file in Word for a few minutes, and told me it would cost $20 for her to try to 'fix it'. I explained to her that I was told on the phone that I could bring in a Word file and convert to a pdf with their computer, and she proceeded to tell me that 'Whoever told you that didn't know what he was talking about'. Keep in mind she is talking about her own coworker. All told, I wasted almost an hour here and got nothing more than a heap of attitude from the staff. So I walked out and went to the Fedex Kinkos, and the two barely out of college bros working there figured this all out in about 10 minutes. read more
