While I have mailed a few packages before through other sources, I have only used FedEx one. Which reminds me of how amazing that experience was. I was fishing a tournament in Alabama. While I was there I purchased a new fishing rod. This rod was too long to mail through regular mail or take on a plane. FedEx however not only stated they could send it, they guaranteed if there was any damage that they would replace my rod. To say I was skeptical would be an understatement. This was an expensive rod that was over 7 feet long. Anyhow when I returned home, my rod arrived the next day with not a scratch on it. Back to this bracket. I had brought a box from home and packed up my bracket at work. This took some time to do while my co-workers made fun of me. When I brought my box in to mail, the young lady that helped me explained that they actually prefer to pack and mail items. Again I was somewhat skeptical that I could just leave my well wrapped box there for them to unwrap. So I paid a small shipping fee and left. Sure enough I received notice in a couple of days that my package was received. Turns out the hardest part of this experience was wrapping my box and being called "box boy" from my co-workers. Dropping it off and mailing it was super simple. Something I will surely do next time.

For about 25 years whenever I've needed to send something via FedEx and I wanted to make sure it…read morearrived on-time or early, I have come to this FedEx office. I suppose it might seem weird to award five stars to this kind of place. After all, this is not a FedEx Office with all those services and options and items for sale. But it is a staffed shipping counter located right on the MSP runway. When you're here, you are literally surrounded by the runways of the Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport, and you even have to drive through tunnels under runways to get here. For me that's part of the fun; a quirk of mine is how energized I am to be doing anything at the airport. But some might find it annoying to take that winding road around and under those runways to get to this FedEx facility. The people working there are really helpful and friendly, going beyond the call of duty to help me on some occasions. And again, you'll only come here to ship something out. But your package is potentially on a plane mere seconds after you drop it off at the counter.

He was definitely not happy to have to put out luggage in his van. We loaded two suitcases upfront with us. We gave him the address that was 4 miles away. His sign said $2.75 per mile but he said $25 flat fee. We agree to the price. On the way to our vehicle he asked why we didn't use a hotel shuttle. He stopped at our vehicle and as he unloaded a couple suitcases I unloaded the others and was placing them in our car. My wife paid him and he started swearing at her about a tip and said to use the shuttle next time. He never put anything in his computer or called in on his radio like I see all other cabs do before they start the route. I am sure he pocketed the money dishonesty to the company he drives for. Never again will we use this company. If I wasn't with I don't know what he would have done to intimidate my wife and kids. This man deserves to be fired immediately!
