Chalk up another learning experience for. A good experience. I ordered a bracket on line that turned out to be too big so I needed to return it to order a different size. While I have mailed a few packages before through other sources, I have only used FedEx one. Which reminds me of how amazing that experience was. I was fishing a tournament in Alabama. While I was there I purchased a new fishing rod. This rod was too long to mail through regular mail or take on a plane. FedEx however not only stated they could send it, they guaranteed if there was any damage that they would replace my rod. To say I was skeptical would be an understatement. This was an expensive rod that was over 7 feet long. Anyhow when I returned home, my rod arrived the next day with not a scratch on it. Back to this bracket. I had brought a box from home and packed up my bracket at work. This took some time to do while my co-workers made fun of me. When I brought my box in to mail, the young lady that helped me explained that they actually prefer to pack and mail items. Again I was somewhat skeptical that I could just leave my well wrapped box there for them to unwrap. So I paid a small shipping fee and left. Sure enough I received notice in a couple of days that my package was received. Turns out the hardest part of this experience was wrapping my box and being called "box boy" from my co-workers. Tried to ship a broken TV back to Sony (it was under warranty). Sony provided the shipping label and told me to put the broken TV in the box the new TV was shipped in. Because the box said "Sony TV" on it, They would not accept the package "for liability reasons" without charging $50 to put it in a box and bubble wrap it. Told Sony reps, who said this is BS and they had never heard of this before. Taking it to office depot tonight instead. I should also mention that I had to scan a 50 page document the other day. I was going to do it at home, but because 50 pages is a lot I thought i'd save some time by coming here and using a faster machine. I left home assuming that, since a b&W copy is less then 10cents a page, that scanning, which requires half the work of a b&w copy, would cost the same or less. But no. It's $1/page. This reminds me of when ticket master charged extra for digital ticket delivery for no apparent reason. I'm never coming here ever again and encourage others to do the same. This has become the most worthless place. The last 3 times that I have been in here they have been unable to help me. I wanted to print something that was an odd size and 5 years ago I printed it at this location for about 10 bucks. This time the wanted to charge me 50 bucks just to make a template. Today I brought some labels in to be printed on a color printer and I was told that they do not have a printer that can print these types of labels. They always want you to buy their products and charge you a ridiculous amount for them. I will never come here again. read more

The guy working around 5pm on Tuesday November 3rd was awesome. The post office & UPS told me $45 to ship carpeted car floor mats which are light. My box was too big. This guy helped me find a smaller box, packed it up for me to fit & it only ended up being $27. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. I offered free shipping on the car floor mats. I would of had to cancel the order if it wasn't for this man. Thank you for saving the day! read more

Couldn't have been more pleased with the service that I received here whilst creating memorial cards for a wake. The staff were friendly, willing to help, give ideas, and were upfront about document creation costs, etc. Some aspects of the design cost more than others, and they always kept me abreast of what I was looking at money-wise. No surprises at the register. I worked with several people during this process and they all seemed interested in making the best product. If I said something that I liked, they didn't just say "ok," they thought about it and, if they didn't agree, offered an alternative. I really appreciated this; it meant they actually cared about the end result. After getting some ideas down, I came back the next day and looked at proofs that had been developed, made some tweaks, and picked up the cards that afternoon. They looked beautiful. The price was completely reasonable... we had a quarter page picture on glossy card-stock with text on the back as well as some smaller handouts (12 to a page) printed on a nice earthy cardstock. For 100 of each, plus all the design costs, it was only 80 dollars. Especially when you're overwhelmed with the task of planning a funeral, it was really nice to be able to trust this job would get done well by the staff here. read more

Could not be any worse. Got here five minutes after opening, no other customers were in the store, and the male employee was too busy with his his personal cell phone to do anything else. The female was clearly annoyed that she had to work and proceeded as slowly as humanly possible. It was later revealed when the package didn't arrive, that despite nobody else having been in the store that day before or during my transaction, that the lazy genius shipped it to an entirely different address than what was clearly printed on my receipt and confirmed in store. I couldn't deal with the incompetence of the employees at my local FedEx Office so I decided to try this location.... Different location but more incompetence! I corrected the customer service person I dealt with when trying to ship my packages twice about the declared value of the item I was shipping. He finally repeated the correct value but now that I am home I have checked the receipt and see he undervalued the item I shipped! I corrected him twice and he still got it wrong! Possibly the worst part was that he insisted on opening the box to "inspect" my packing job. Then he attempted to reseal the box and he did a lousy job. So now, my package is poorly sealed and this moron did not insure it for the amount I told him to. From now on when I need to ship something I will go to a real FedEx location. I hope to never set foot in a FedEx office again! read more
