I don't expect exceptional service from a UPS Store, but they do have a self-service area for Amazon returns, which is quite convenient. Discrimination ! I was there to notarize a document, and Hollie Brown refused to accept my passport as valid identification. A passport is an official government-issued ID recognized worldwide. I am genuinely confused as to why she would not consider it valid -- it seems as though only in the "cave" she lives in would a passport not be accepted as proper identification. read more

This is the worst service and attitude I have ever encountered at UPS. I read the reviews beforehand and thought it couldn't be that bad, but it was significantly worse. Alex was the employee assisting us, and her attitude was shockingly unprofessional. She literally threw my box containing fragile items I was returning and rolled her eyes when we asked her if that's how she treats customers. She showed no trace of apology whatsoever. It's unacceptable to work in a customer service role if you cannot handle customers and their belongings responsibly. Someone like her should not be employed in a position that requires interaction with people. I am beyond disappointed and appalled that individuals like her are hired to engage with customers daily. I will not hesitate to return if my items are damaged due to her careless handling, as she simply threw the box on the floor without remorse. Great location and stays pretty busy. Always great service and courteous. I find few customers are not prepared for their transaction and these folks are patient to work with you. I'm usually in & out especially with my Amazon returns. I take a snapshot of my QR code before my arrival for quick transactions. read more

Came in today to shop a gift for a good friend of mine in California. The girls were pretty pleasant and very professional. I needed a box and shipping material to protect the glass bottle. Was very pleased with the time it took from the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out. People like this is what keeps us coming back to this specific location! The person "helping" me today did not know how to make a copy of legal size page reduced to letter size - took him 4 tries then left my personal document in the copier which was discovered by another employee thankfully before I left. Also he didn't know how to make change.... Seriously how did he qualify for this job? Have no intention to return to this location. read more

Per the hours on google & yelp, they should be open until 4 pm on a Sunday.....nope pull up at 3:45 pm just now on a Sunday and NOT OPEN! Absolutely Ridiculous, waste of time & now I am unable to get my package out nor make it to another location to ship it out in time before another location closes. read more

On two separate occasions for two separate services, the owner has been condescending and rude about questions related to basic questions we've asked. If what I'm looking to do is not possible, it's ok - just be a decent person and treat customers with genuine questions with respect. John - I think my review is clear on what you can do to improve your store and subsequent online reviews. I don't need to discuss anything further with you. I assume the proposal is as insincere as your customer interactions. You had the opportunity to be good to me as a customer. That opportunity was missed. read more

John is very friendly. He took care to remember our names and asks us how the rest of the family is doing when one of us pops in. We enjoy stopping by when we have the occasional package to ship or document to copy. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to us over the past several years. Notary service is a joke, used several times and always a hassle, owner thinks he is a lawyer, wants to explain notary rules and tie you up for 15 mins, today I waited 10 mins for his ass't mgr to free up, she looked at my 1 pager and declined to notarize. I walked out, jumped in truck and headed to another UPS store, presented the document and was out in 3 minutes and went about my day. Have been using notary services for 30+ yrs across 5 states, I'm a CPA. Never again in this Cross Roads store, never! read more

The UPS store that was contacted and pre paid to hold our luggage upon our arrival in Miami had a sign on the door saying "closed for Mother's Day"! We were left trying to figure out last minute what to do with our bags. My local UPS store in TX is terrific but this store gets a "F" for failing to notify us in advance. read more

I have been using their services since they opened up and the only complaint I have is the underinformed customers in front of me that slow down the process. No matter who is helping me I have never left there thinking that I had a "bad" experience. I have always had wonderful experiences at this location for the last 5 years we have been their customers. Not once have I ever experienced rude behavior from anyone. Multi tasking, like answering phone calls and assisting multiple customers at once isn't considered rude to me because I'm usually making simple returns. I ALWAYS get a "How can I help you" and "Have a good day". I have never seen anyone upset in the store; employees or customers. The people complaining here are just not assertive enough to explain their discrepancies or miseducation about the particular item in question. Some people would rather take their ONE bad experience and write a review about it. So I'm just here to reassure future customers that this is a great location and very personable. Perhaps more people will be more willing to review their excellent services more; instead of focusing on their one time visit for a particular item. Always friendly and fast service. Staff is very fast in accommodating needs. The owner John knows your name on first name basis.

Great customer service. I pretty much have shipped packages daily in the past four years and John and his staff are great at helping me unload my trunk even without asking. Try getting that service from any USPS location. I've used the printing service and felt the pricing was competitive to other printers I've used. There's additional parking at the back of the store that I have used frequently. Ring the doorbell and someone answers quickly. read more

I can't F@€¥en believe what just happened! I called ahead and advised the store employee that I'm driving 2hrs to get to the UPS store and that based off off my GPS I will arrive 2 min after their closing time. She assured me that they would be there 10 min after and will be there for me to pick up my 7 boxes that were delivered. I called her back 10 min before closing to give her a conformation that I'd be there as agreed and nobody answered the phone. -side note: when the ups store phone rings the caller ID says my name out loud- I arrive 2 min after closing and the store is completely shut down! After a 2 HR drive you think I'm please to find out that the woman lied to me! I'm done and taking my business elsewhere read more

My wife shops Amazon. Well over 100+ orders a year. On those occasions where we have to return, Crossroads UPS is at the ready. Always courteous, welcomes you when you enter and very swift with processing. This is a very clean run and dependable store. Anytime we ship, we have no worry about it arriving at destination. Just like everyone else I am not a big fan of Fedex, Post Office or UPS. However I must say that this Christmas was less stressful due to the efforts of this store. The staff was super friendly and it was nice to see the owners working side by side with everyone else. Questions were quickly answered and having 3 registers reduced the wait time in line. Avoid Using for Notary Service. We were so disappointed with this place. As long time business owners we always try to support local mom and pops. Even though almost all banks notarize for free, we thought we would bite the bullet and support local. We had already spent $90 on a notary with them before - for one document. This time we came in with 6 copies of a document that required 4 notary stamps each. That's $26 X 6 = $156. We asked if they could discount it a bit as it did not require additional entries in their book and we'd like to support local. Had we just one copy we wouldn't have asked but 6 duplicates for $156 is a lot to sacrifice. We didn't expect a big discount but maybe something. Nope - nothing. So off to the bank we go. And since shipping through Fed Ex and USPS are cheaper I guess we will ship from there as well. Two stars instead of one for the friendliness of the staff that told us no - at least they cared enough to ask the manager. read more
