We came in on a busy weekday right before lunchtime. The line was long but moving rapidly. We had…read morethree big returns and paperwork to notarize. We were able to use the self-service kiosk to process our returns, and staff acted quickly to grab our items, which wouldn't fit in the return box We then moved to the line to wait for a staff member who was a notary. The manager was working rapidly to get customers attended to as efficiently as possible. We were at the front of the line in no time, and the manager acted quickly and only charged us for one notarization instead of the two our form required. He and his staff were friendly, competent, and extremely attentive and efficient. Couldn't ask for more!

I've never used this return method before so I was kind of skeptical…read more I usually just drop it off at a nearby UPS Store, but since this place is closer and it doesn't cost me anything vs. the USPS route, I figured why not give it a try. There are 2 scanners and you simply scan your QR code that Amazon emails you when you confirm that you want to return your item. Once scanned, a locker will randomly pop open and you place your item into the slot and shut the door. Don't leave until the screen confirms that it was accepted and you should also get a confirmation email. Once accepted, that's it lol. You don't even have to box it up or anything, the staff there will do it for you after you leave. You get your refund within a few hours. This hub is located in the Century Square next to PokeWorks and The Mess. Staff are friendly. Parking lot is small. If you're going in and out, it should be ok, but just be mindful of how long you're there and/or the traffic because it is paid parking.

I dropped in and also picked up a cute mother's day card, as they have a cute selection of cards made by a local artist (err, Austin... but it's Texas).
