I took it to Michael's down the road, and had it framed for less than $150 in two weeks. I still left a second document to be frames. They told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks. I called several times after 3 weeks and could never get anyone to pick up the phone. I also sent emails, with now response. I went to the store in person, and it was closed for two days because they needed employee training. After 7 weeks, I finally got someone on the phone. I went back to the store immediately and picked up the document. I will have it framed elsewhere.

There are 2 scanners and you simply scan your QR code that Amazon emails you when you confirm that you want to return your item. Once scanned, a locker will randomly pop open and you place your item into the slot and shut the door. Don't leave until the screen confirms that it was accepted and you should also get a confirmation email. Once accepted, that's it lol. You don't even have to box it up or anything, the staff there will do it for you after you leave. You get your refund within a few hours. This hub is located in the Century Square next to PokeWorks and The Mess. Staff are friendly. Parking lot is small. If you're going in and out, it should be ok, but just be mindful of how long you're there and/or the traffic because it is paid parking.
