I went back earlier this year to frame two documents. For the first document, they wanted to charge around $500. I took it to Michael's down the road, and had it framed for less than $150 in two weeks. I still left a second document to be frames. They told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks. I called several times after 3 weeks and could never get anyone to pick up the phone. I also sent emails, with now response. I went to the store in person, and it was closed for two days because they needed employee training. After 7 weeks, I finally got someone on the phone. I went back to the store immediately and picked up the document. I will have it framed elsewhere.

Absolutely devastated. They ruined my wedding dress. I…read moredon't even know where to start. My wedding dress needed to be hemmed at the bottom and taken in a bit at the top. I took it in and they told me they could do it for $250 cash. I said okay. They said they would have it dry cleaned and ready to go on June 6th if it fit. If not, I would have a second fitting the 20th. I go on the 6th and the dress is not ready at all and somehow way too big. The layers of the zipper weren't even together and there were safety pins everywhere in it poking me when I tried it on. I say fine we can come back June 20th. They tell me it will be $500 cash June 20th and I should take it to get cleaned after. So they miscommunicated and either lied, or forgot what they said. I go on June 20th for my fitting and there are snags EVERYWHERE on my dress. All across the top front and all on the back that are so noticeable. I bring them up nicely and tell them I'm concerned about the snag. Mike, the owner, starts yelling at me. "NO THAT WAS THERE WHEN WE GOT IT" immediately defensive without even taking a second to see my concern. I tell them there's no way as the dress is brand new and I brought it straight to them. He proceeds to call me a liar and tell me my dress was used and that he didn't do that. I asked him to look at the snags and to let me show him and he refuses. At this point his daughter is in there trying to calm him down telling him it's okay just calm down breathe because he's getting so mad he's red as I'm over there distraught that they just ruined my wedding dress. He tells me he's going to fix it, but it wasn't his fault because they don't have a cat or dog to snag it. (Makes no sense). I tell him there's no way you can fix snagged material especially when it's this bad. But he could try. I asked him what his plan was on reimbursing me if he's not able to fix it. He tell me "you think this is a joke? You're a liar. I did not do this! It came this way" I told him I had previous pictures where there were no snags and he refused to look at them. I told him he was being unprofessional while yelling at me and he grabbed my dress and started ripping the seam of the bottom of the dress out while continuing to yell at me telling me to go and take my dress. He then tells me after being in the business for 20 years he's never had an unhappy customer like me. (Which is crazy when you read other reviews they had) I asked him for my dress and all the pieces they had deconstructed (yes, it still wasn't even done) so I could leave.
