I went back earlier this year to frame two documents. For the first document, they wanted to charge around $500. I took it to Michael's down the road, and had it framed for less than $150 in two weeks. I still left a second document to be frames. They told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks. I called several times after 3 weeks and could never get anyone to pick up the phone. I also sent emails, with now response. I went to the store in person, and it was closed for two days because they needed employee training. After 7 weeks, I finally got someone on the phone. I went back to the store immediately and picked up the document. I will have it framed elsewhere.

As a disabled person with a service dog, who came into this business to spend some money, I was met with a woman who was the owner, telling me rudely that she does not allow pets in her store. My service dog is clearly marked on his vest, and is extremely well behaved and well-trained. This woman continued to harass me until I asked her to please stop so that I could get my business done and get out of there. Do not go to this business. The owner who also runs the day-to-day operations is extremely disrespectful and discourteous, as well as being ill-informed and poorly educated on our federal ADA laws regarding allowing service dogs in all businesses open to the public. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Her husband was nice was nice enough but she was absolutely wicked. I feel sorry for him. Do not patronize this business!
