I was immediately greeted by a lovely woman who was super eager to help (despite the fact she was restocking a ton of inventory). She showed me some hidden gems including blank stationary as well as physical cards aside from the "Thank You" note section. When I say she helped me, she was insanely thorough. I expected to walk in and out but I discovered some gold with a 15 minute stay. Also, I had previously complained about an employee at this store and the corporate owner reached out to me via email and we had a great back and forth. I suggested she add certain thank you notes that are embossed and available on the website -- she agreed. Finally, I can't recommend becoming a rewards member ON THE WEBSITE. When I gave the cashier my number, she only had a $2 off. On my phone I showed her that I actually had 3 coupons ($4 x 2 and $2 off). I walked out with a nice card for my boss and a pack of thank you cards for under $5! Don't think this store is impossible despite the ridiculous market pricing. Give them a shot!
