The pumpkin bonfire smelled good and for 60% off I will try it. The room spray "leaves" smell incredible. Last year they had pumpkin spice & patchouli and this was my all time favorite. CC was so understanding and helpful. Bernard actually did my transaction and was amazing! His and Cecelia's customer service was great. He asked a girl named Taylor for help. She wore glasses. I am pretty sure that was her name. Well her customer service wasn't the greatest not towards her New coworker Bernard nor her customer Me! She acted annoyed before he even asked for her help. As soon as she walked over and looked at my defective candle she immediately was in a no spirit. Saying since it was used and defective she didn't think it could be returned. First thing in my experience in customer service before giving an opinionated no. ASK A MANAGER. Don't start off with a derogatory comment. I have worked here years ago and never experienced this. The return policy is always great. I don't abuse it at all. But when an item that is $26 regardless if on sale or not and I can't burn it until the end it's getting returned. Which is why I love bbw's return policy. Bbw honor their items. Bernard was very uncomfortable with Taylor's attitude. I didn't like seeing that nor how quick her response was to me where she didn't THINK my item was returnable. No empathy as to wow this could have been bad how it burned the plastic off. I told her I would be FaceTiming my friend as I shopped and she didn't mind at all. In fact, I set the camera up on a candle and filmed myself while Holly graciously walked candles to and from my location so I could get a hint of the entire store. Incredible customer service! I signed up for a time slot a few hours before a scheduled class and was luckily the only one for the desired session. This was perfect because I received undivided attention! The host for my scheduled slot was so nice and answered every question I had without a problem. They coach you every step of the way from beginning to end. From picking your scents to cooling and bagging your candle so you're comfortable throughout the process. The candle takes about 30 min - 1 hr to cool so you're able to explore the other restaurants and stores in downtown Temple. They also have wax melts, candle vessels, and other candle related things for sell as well. I thoroughly enjoyed. If you're ever in the mood to make a candle, check them out.

And welcome to the Texas Bucket List."…read more On a recent day trip to College Station, one of the things I wanted to do was visit the TBL Store and Studio because I am a huge fan of this show! Texas isn't just honky tonks and BBQ (though our BBQ is da best!); we are an incredibly diverse state and this show really does a great job of highlighting that. I'm a life long Texan, but I've learned about so many cool and quirky places around the state from watching this show. The store offers all sorts of Texas related items. Mugs, cutting boards, t-shirts, etc. You can find a lot of cute TX themed items. They also sell merchandise of places they have featured on the show. One of my favorite merchandise items was from El Arroyo in Austin (for those who don't know, El Arroyo is famous for their snarky marquee messages). They had funny puzzles, mugs, stickers, etc. We probably stood there for a good 5 minutes just reading all of the funny messages. The young lady that was working was very sweet and helpful. Unfortunately Shane (the host) and his wife weren't there, but there was a life size cardboard cut out of him that you could take a picture with lol. The TBL Hummers were parked out front which was cool to see. If you're a fan of the show or are looking for TX themed merchandise, this is a great little store to visit.

What a magickal find! I stumbled upon this shop while window shopping and it took my breath away…read more It is everything a working witch needs or wants. The energy is peaceful and the atmosphere is serene. Like the sign outside (the same that caught my eye) there are 'bell, book, and candles' within and so much more. Whatever your path you will find what you need for your Witch's pantry, spell work, or the lovely trinket. I found the customer service to be extremely personable and friendly.
