They use their own in-house delivery team and I've seen them in the store since then where they have greeted me by name and asked if I'm happy with everything. I ended up deciding to get a custom ottoman instead of the one I purchased. With their 3 day return window it was no issue. Their designer Ty helped me pick out the perfect fabric for my living room. It will be 5 weeks before I get my new ottoman but no worries, I can keep the one I initially purchased until my new one arrives. It's the little things like this that make a difference.
