The staff at the 'Sell Your Books Here' counter were inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was standing feet from the counter while they (a male and female employee) looked over my books and made rude comments suggesting that the dog training books I brought in were books on how to train a dog by beating it. I found these comments extremely ignorant and unnecessary. I wouldn't recommend selling here and hope that they further train their staff on professionalism. In the end, those also happened to be the books that they wanted to buy from me, ironic.
