Came here to buy some custom polo shirts for work. I forgot her name, but she was super nice and was very patient with my questions and requests. I ended up getting 3 custom polos for a decent price. On top of that, I "checked in" with YELP and I got a 30% discount in retail merchandise in which I used to get a high school shirt for my son. They have a variety of high school related merchandise such as flags, clothing, etc. The staff are all friendly and helpful. There is parking available. read more

Since August of 2023. I contracted M&M Apparel to do some work for my company. The staff is courteous and helpful. However, the management is less than to be desired. They need to understand the difference between transactional relationships and building a great customer base. I do not recommend this establishment. read more

Having heard great things about this business, I shot them a quick email to start my inquiry. They responded quickly to my initial email, set up a date for me to come into the shop to look at different shirt options that fit our budget, created a design specifically for us and changed it twice when I asked for revisions, were quick to set up a quote, and had the shirts to me within two weeks! M&M took care of some tshirts and hats and embroidery for my wife's business. They did great work. The artwork they created was awesome and we have had great response from our customers about them. I also did some personal shopping there. They offered a discount because I teach in the area. They carried a great variety of Aggie apparel and I was pleased with how friendly the staff was. This company is just great in every aspect! I've been doing business with them for years and since the grand opening of their new apparel shop it's just gotten better. They do all the embroidering on our custom shirts for UTHSCSA-Emergency Medicine Dept and also any monogramed promotional items we need such as water bottles, pens, back packs, Band-Aid boxes, tablecloths, etc. We have always received our merchandise on time and in perfect condition. The staff are all so friendly and the owner are even hands-on with their customers helping in any way to get things done and exactly how you want it. Their artists are amazing also. They have great ideas for shirts for any occasion and come up with some incredible artwork. I was blown away by their customer service! I came in to get some sheets embroidered for my second anniversary. I was worried that it wouldn't be ready in time because my anniversary was just 4 working days away. They were able to get the job done in a day. They even upgraded the size for free and told me to have a wonderful anniversary. The embroidery looks beautiful and I couldn't have been happier with my experience there. I came into Monograms and More to get some custom embroidery done for my business. I presented my idea and plans for the project to the lady working in the front of the store. She then went to the back to talk it over with her boss I'm assuming only to come back and tell me that they wouldn't work with me because it was "too inconvenient for them." I'm a new business who doesn't need to place a huge order yet. I'm still trying to build up my business at the moment and wanted a local business to help me out. Slowest embroidery company ever. Then 3 weeks later when I picked up the 3 shirts the letters were jagged and the equipment is over 20 years old. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. They tried to charge $25 rush fee to get them in a week and when I refused they were very rude. Tried to get the logoI paid for but they wouldn't give it to me. I paid over $100 to get it digitized then they say its not mine to have on disk. I would not recommend anyone to get logos done digitized read more

Double and triple check everything on your order. My order was not only billed incorrectly (so I wasn't notified when my order was complete), embroidered in the wrong colors (even though it was correctly reflected on my invoice) and then come to find out the person I placed my order with guessed on the style number. I picked out the shirt I wanted and since the person couldn't find the exact one on the catalog they ordered what they wanted; being the ladies cut and not the men's. Since the "guess" was written on the invoice there was nothing they would do for. Now I have a women's shirt that can't be worn and am expected to pay full price for the correct order if I choose. Never had such an issue here before. Very disappointed. read more

I came in and asked if they could have a bag monogrammed in four business days, they agreed and I was very impressed. They don't have a lot of font choices for monograms which is disappointing. I was sent a proof of the monogram the day I was supposed to pick it up and it didn't look how I was hoping it would so I made changes. They said it would still be ready for pick up that day. It was 10 minutes to close and they hadn't called me to pick it up so I went by to get it, when I got there they hadn't even put it on the machine yet. I was told three times it would be ready in ten more minutes. While waiting in there office building the receptionist was gossiping and talking crap about customers to the other employees all while I stood there. This was really unprofessional, and along with that she wasn't very helpful at all. I liked how my bag turned out and it was a good price, but the service could of been better and the receptionist who wouldn't stop gossiping made the whole establishment look bad. I'm sure its a better experience when you give them more time to get something done. Staff wasn't overly friendly and I can't say enough how bad the receptionist made this place look. Overall if you needed something monogrammed I'd suggest here but don't expect for the staff to be the nicest people you've ever met. read more

I was torn between a 4 star and 5 star rating. I had M&M design and print Valentine shirts for my boutique. There were a couple of small hiccups that kept me from giving a 5 star overall rating. However, the correcting of those issues and final outcome of the shirts was outstanding. I like supporting local and will definitely be using M&M again in the future. And, if you're looking for spirit wear for TAMU or any of the local high schools, they should definitely be your go-to spot! read more

Have been with them for 2 orders hoping quality would increase. The first time, I felt like they over charged me for the complexity of the project and the second time they did make a mistake on a 3XL order through which they gave me 3 extra larges instead of a 3XL shirt. Around 8 months later, as our season began to pick up, I noticed we didn't have a 3XL for one of our employees and realized the mistake. Called them, offering to pay for 2 more 3XL shirts event though they charged me for 3 extra larges I didn't order and they said I would have to buy another 12 in order to get correct purchase. Over-all a VERY stingy move and cost them my service. There are plenty of other t-shirt companies. Don't waste your time on this company though they have some big TAMU deal. TAMU is probably getting ripped off. They use that "higher pricing" to attempt to put themselves in another niche market. What they don't realize is that you still need to maintain that customer service. read more
