I went to have my wedding dress bustled and have the sleeves adjusted. This was my first time going to a tailor and it was quick, easy and efficient. It took all of five minutes for him to show me what needed to be done and he adjusted it to my preferences. Typically bustles are lower but I wanted mine just below the small of my back. It took a total of a week and a half for all the alterations. They were kind and helpful. Even more so when my bust piece lost a couple of beads, they were quick to fix them for me so they matched exactly to the other side. (my dress had traveled a lot and tried on a few times so likely not their fault at all) With all the lace, beading and tulle that's on Her I was so stressed about her getting snagged or ruined but they handled her with care with a bustle and sleeves that are perfect and she's ready for the wedding! Do not recommend! The week before wedding pushed alterations back multiple times. When we arrived to pick up 4 days before wedding they had NOT even started alterations. The stress and anxiety this situation caused could have completely been avoided. When I called to talked to owner they lied about him not being available, they said he was out of town.....we were just in store and he was there! Not professional. read more

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable! My jumpsuit was hemmed in a timely manner and came out perfect! The only hang up I have is when I brought it in, I asked if they could fix a certain part where the stitching was coming apart and they said yes, it would only take a stitch! But when I got it back, it wasn't fixed :( I looked on the receipt and they only charged me for the hemming, so it's no big deal. And the part where the fabric is falling apart is so small, so it's hardly noticeable. If I wasn't in a rush I would have asked them about it, but no biggie. Overall, I would come back again! Terrible experience. They worked on the same pair of pants 3 times before I finally gave up and took them elsewhere. I asked for them to take in my suit pant leg and they made them into jogger fitted pants. After the second time they "fixed" them they claimed that they did not make the pants that way, but I brought them in that way. The later took back that statement after another employee said that they had indeed made the pants that way. SO frustrating. Don't go here for pants!! read more

I took 5 new $80 polos and a pair of $200 pants to be tailored. They charged me $198 for all of the alterations. This place is expensive! I was told my clothes would be ready next week. The following week, I had a break at lunch, so picked up my clothes. I didn't have time to try them on since I was short on time. Later that day, tried everything on, and nothing fit - way too small. They were nice about fixing, but for the price they're charging, should be perfect, or at least minimal issues. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Took my formal dress here to get hemmed and when i got it back it had a huge tear on the front of the dress, and when i called to ask them about it they said they could fix it but it would take another three days. Overall completely unprofessional and I won't be coming back here. read more

The work was good. My item looked the way I wanted it. Only thing to be careful of is price. It's not super expensive. However I called ahead before deciding to use them and was told the price would be $12. When I picked up, I was billed $15. Not a huge difference for the one item I took in. But if you had a lot to take in and that price difference came into play, you might be upset. Fairly good turnaround-3 business days + a weekend. read more

Very very bad service. I asked for a service to tailor my sweater's neck a little bit larger around 1 inch. And when I went there to pick up. They TOTALLY MESSED UP my sweater and I cannot wear it anymore because the neck is so large that my shoulder could even go through. But they were just repeatedly saying that I asked to do that large. Customer service is bad too. I can only throw my sweater and buy a new one now. I feel so disappointed. I will never go again and definitely won't recommend this shop to any of my friend. Actually, I don't review on yelp often. But this time I have to because I want to tell everyone please be VERY CAREFUL when you choose this shop to do your cloth alteration. read more

They are very affordable. However, I went in with a gold snap button on a vest needing to be replaced, and they put a silver one on. It also took over a week to get this back, which I wasn't upset about (because I didn't need it back in a rush for any particular reason), but it was annoying to wait so long for something that I am going to have to take somewhere else to have fixed all over again. read more

Quality work at such a low cost!! I got the bust of my bridesmaid dress taken in AND straps sown on for $21. When I went in the first time to try on my dress after alterations, I could not see where the bust was taken in, but I could feel the difference. I asked that the straps be made shorter, and it was no problem. They took back the dress and kept it for a few more days. Did not charge me extra for asking for a revision or seem even the tiniest bit perturbed. I would not go to any other tailors in town. The only downside is that the AC in their facility is lacking, but that's a small price to pay for stellar work at rock bottom prices. I am not sure if they only take cash or if they take card at a higher price. You can pay when you pick up your items completed. read more

I had a pair of shorts and a pair of slacks made. I requested the tailor make them 3" bigger in the waist than the examples I brought in to copy. He measured me and the slacks and the shorts. I also requested he make the slacks longer. Again, he measured them with me trying them on. When I went to pick up the finished items, I was extremely disappointed. Both items were smaller in the waist than the examples I bought in and, of course, didn't fit. And the slacks were much shorter instead of longer. The tailor offered me a 25% discount. I wish I would have refused to pay. The fabric which I bought at a specialty fabric store was ruined as well. read more

Alright so I work at Dillards and usually we refer people to A&M alterations. I wanted to give these guys a shot. I bought two new suits and they completely screwed up one of my suits. They didn't stitch the bottom right panel up so threads were coming out. The whole right armpit inseam wasn't stitched together completely, so it was falling off, and there were two holes behind each armpit on the outside, so when i reached forward two holes big enough to fit two fingers in were gaping wide open. I came back to tell they needed to fix it, said they were sorry and told me to come in next Monday. I came in that next Wednesday... still not done... then finally on Friday they gave me a call. Went in.... and there were TWO NEW HOLES INSIDE THE ARMPIT THAT WEREN'T THERE BEFORE. I told him to fix it in front of me... and to top it all off, they are TWICE as much as dillards alterations and a&m alterations. If i could upload a price sheet to prove it i would. These people literally have no idea how to do their job. read more
