Came here to drop off a uniform because it was closest to my new place. I usually go somewhere closer to A&M campus but it was good. Guy was a little monotone with his service. I asked for a specific request to see if they could press a part of my jacket but there was no follow up when I got there. And when I tried it on, it wasn't done. I was treated very poorly on dropping items off. The woman was irritated and short with me. She would not get close to my car so I had to almost shout to be heard. And she held out her hand to get the items before I had a chance to explain what I needed. She would run back inside when i was still talking and then would have to repeat the question when she would come back out. I did not see any other customers in the store so I am not certain why she was so bothered. I was dropping off two shirts and inquiring about alterations. I am not a new customer. My prior experience was rather good (nice, quick, and good dry cleaning). I was so taken back by the attendants attitude that I will not be going back. read more

The hours listed online and on their tickets say they close at 6:30pm. When we went to pick up at 6:02 we were told they were closed, despite the fact that staff were still actively working. When we came back the next morning to pick up our clothes, we found hairs from multiple different people (and possibly dogs) all over the coats. They smelled clean, but certainly didn't look it. We've taken our clothes here for a couples of years now, but we don't feel comfortable doing so any longer. read more

I have been using pro cleaners for about a year or so now. But yesterday I was extremely disappointed with them. My husband and I went to go pick up our dry cleaning and in our absent-mindedness we drove off and forgot to pay. It was an honest mistake and our intention was not to cheat them. It was a mistake which we have never made. We were 30-40 minutes into our drive to Houston when we got a phone call from the police telling us that we had not paid and the owners were pursuing a trespassing order against us. Which surprised and shocked me. I apologized profusely and told the policewoman I can pay right now over the phone with my credit card. I understand the owners were extremely upset and I am sympathetic to it. The lady said she waved and ran after us. But it was a mistake instead of taking such extreme measures had they called me I would have willing fixed the situation. They never even gave me a chance. I don't appreciate being made into a criminal for an honest mistake. I am no longer going to be using them and will NEVER recommend my friends to ever use them. read more

We were regular, if somewhat low volume customers for 4 years. This week, In spite of having marked 2 two-piece suits on the ticket, 1 of my husbands suit coats came back without pants. It was part of a large order of 18 pieces and I didn't notice until i got home. The owner argued with me, Kept insisting that the pants must be at home in my closet or we left them at a hotel. Never once acknowledged that they made a mistake. New suit, only worn twice, now worthless. Will NEVER go back. Will find a new cleaners and ALWAYS check my order before leaving the store. read more
