Pros: They do good work. I brought in three older pairs of pants to have the waists let out and I'm very satisfied with the job they did. Neutrals: Price. I have no idea what to expect for a job like this, so I can't judge if the cost was high or low or normal. I paid $45 for alterations on three pairs of pants. Is that good? No clue. Cons: Parking isn't great here. You're kinda caught on Villa Maria and it can be a little difficult to get out. Also, if you don't know this place is here, you'll never find it. Overall, I settled on four stars. I really like the work they did, but I can't judge pricing because I have no idea what would be considered normal. If you need a place in town though, I would recommend them.

Here on Yelp, it was pretty much a…read moretoss-up between Tony's and someplace else, but since Tony's does dry cleaning as well as alterations, I figured I'd give them a shot. It's a great local shop, and they definitely take debit cards, so I would assume they take credit cards as well. I took in a buisness suit (coat and pants), as well as 2 dress shirts, and got them all done for just under $14. I've never done dry cleaning before, but this place seems like a very nice little place to do business with. I checked all of the buttons and everything seems great. no noticeable flaws or anything. They do offer same-day service, but that's only if you drop off the dry cleaning by 8 or 8:30 am. (I don't remember the time, but they open at early and close at around 6 pm on week days). **Pros: -Great local business that seems to do a good job. -No flaws found with my dry cleaning on quick inspection. -Very friendly staff -It looks more like a business office than a dry cleaner's place (which I like, personally). **Cons: -The parking lot is right on the corner of Villa Maria and South College. Since the parking lot only opens out onto Villa Maria, this makes for a bad location to pull out. If the parking lot is full, you could wind up waiting a while for traffic to die down so you can pull out of the parking lot. -The lady that took my order when I first went had trouble understanding my name. To be fair, I was speaking a bit fast, but I've never had most people misunderstand my name so badly that they have trouble typing it. All in all, it was a pleasent experience, and I would definitely do business with them again! I gave it 4 stars because of the parking, but that cannot be helped. Be VERY careful if you use the parking lot in front, as inexperienced drivers could easily back up into oncoming traffic or cars stopped waiting for the light at the intersection. It might be a risk to use the parking lot behind the store front, but it's worth investigating whether that is open for customers of Tony's or not.

Absolutely devastated. They ruined my wedding dress. I…read moredon't even know where to start. My wedding dress needed to be hemmed at the bottom and taken in a bit at the top. I took it in and they told me they could do it for $250 cash. I said okay. They said they would have it dry cleaned and ready to go on June 6th if it fit. If not, I would have a second fitting the 20th. I go on the 6th and the dress is not ready at all and somehow way too big. The layers of the zipper weren't even together and there were safety pins everywhere in it poking me when I tried it on. I say fine we can come back June 20th. They tell me it will be $500 cash June 20th and I should take it to get cleaned after. So they miscommunicated and either lied, or forgot what they said. I go on June 20th for my fitting and there are snags EVERYWHERE on my dress. All across the top front and all on the back that are so noticeable. I bring them up nicely and tell them I'm concerned about the snag. Mike, the owner, starts yelling at me. "NO THAT WAS THERE WHEN WE GOT IT" immediately defensive without even taking a second to see my concern. I tell them there's no way as the dress is brand new and I brought it straight to them. He proceeds to call me a liar and tell me my dress was used and that he didn't do that. I asked him to look at the snags and to let me show him and he refuses. At this point his daughter is in there trying to calm him down telling him it's okay just calm down breathe because he's getting so mad he's red as I'm over there distraught that they just ruined my wedding dress. He tells me he's going to fix it, but it wasn't his fault because they don't have a cat or dog to snag it. (Makes no sense). I tell him there's no way you can fix snagged material especially when it's this bad. But he could try. I asked him what his plan was on reimbursing me if he's not able to fix it. He tell me "you think this is a joke? You're a liar. I did not do this! It came this way" I told him I had previous pictures where there were no snags and he refused to look at them. I told him he was being unprofessional while yelling at me and he grabbed my dress and started ripping the seam of the bottom of the dress out while continuing to yell at me telling me to go and take my dress. He then tells me after being in the business for 20 years he's never had an unhappy customer like me. (Which is crazy when you read other reviews they had) I asked him for my dress and all the pieces they had deconstructed (yes, it still wasn't even done) so I could leave. So unprofessional and honestly scary! Please whatever you do do not go here!!!!!!!!

I've stopped by when there's a sign on the door saying "be back soon" and have gone there fairly close to closing time to find the doors already locked. The final straw was when they scorched two blouses. The clerk said that the manager would have to resolve the issue. Two weeks later, having not being contacted, I went back to ask about it. The same clerk didn't know anything, but said she would again report the issue to the manager. After waiting another ten days and leaving two phone messages, I wrote a letter to the manager detailing information on the damaged clothing and my numerous attempts to reach them. I dropped the letter at the store with the same clerk, and NEVER heard a word back. I suspect the "manager" is the owner, because I cannot imagine a business owner allowing an employee to run their business that way. THIS PLACE IS NOTHING BUT A CASH COW. There is no quality of service, no sense of community, and definitely no customer service. There are too many good businesses in the area to support a place like this. Other businesses I have used hung the top and bottoms from the hanger so no wrinkles were created in the middle of the curtains, right where everyone looks. They had to be ironed again by hand at home before I could hang them up. I will not be using Park cleaners again.
