I took in 2 pink jackets that were brand new and when we picked them up, there were spots and splotches all over them. We gave them a chance to correct the problem. My husband picked up the jackets and brought them home so I could look at them. The jackets both still had spots and discolorations all over. The very angry manager or whoever sits at the embroidery machine said she would call us the following day after talking to her manager. She never called, even after we left messages for her. We went back today and she said the jackets were fixed and ready to go. I inspected them and they were wrinkled, had places where the fabric was puckering, and had shrunken. When I asked why the fabric was like this she said because they were cheap and shouldn't be dry cleaned, which was a lie. She then said, You will never be happy, how much were they? I handed her my receipts and she wrote me a check. Needless to say, we are never taking clothes there again. As we drove away, she had an employee walk my jackets to a dumpster, I guess because she thought it would make me mad. It didn't. She must be an angry elf and even more miserable person.

They advertise themselves as a replacement for Harvey Washbangers, but they fall well short of that mark. On the plus side. The lounge chairs are an easy fix, as is having their vendor replace the soda and snack machines with units that accept electronic payments. The only difficult part would having the bar lowered to a reasonable height. In short, not as pleasurable an experience as Harvey Washbangers (even when I didn't get food or drink), but a serviceable laundromat, if they will make minor changes.

It took around two weeks for this work to be completed because they had to order the zipper. The zipper they replaced it with is yellow, not even close to the color of the jacket. The stitching is sloppy and the lines on the jacket are all crooked now. This work costed $45, and my jacket is now in even worse condition. If you really care about an item of clothing you own, don't bring it here

Absolutely devastated. They ruined my wedding dress. I…read moredon't even know where to start. My wedding dress needed to be hemmed at the bottom and taken in a bit at the top. I took it in and they told me they could do it for $250 cash. I said okay. They said they would have it dry cleaned and ready to go on June 6th if it fit. If not, I would have a second fitting the 20th. I go on the 6th and the dress is not ready at all and somehow way too big. The layers of the zipper weren't even together and there were safety pins everywhere in it poking me when I tried it on. I say fine we can come back June 20th. They tell me it will be $500 cash June 20th and I should take it to get cleaned after. So they miscommunicated and either lied, or forgot what they said. I go on June 20th for my fitting and there are snags EVERYWHERE on my dress. All across the top front and all on the back that are so noticeable. I bring them up nicely and tell them I'm concerned about the snag. Mike, the owner, starts yelling at me. "NO THAT WAS THERE WHEN WE GOT IT" immediately defensive without even taking a second to see my concern. I tell them there's no way as the dress is brand new and I brought it straight to them. He proceeds to call me a liar and tell me my dress was used and that he didn't do that. I asked him to look at the snags and to let me show him and he refuses. At this point his daughter is in there trying to calm him down telling him it's okay just calm down breathe because he's getting so mad he's red as I'm over there distraught that they just ruined my wedding dress. He tells me he's going to fix it, but it wasn't his fault because they don't have a cat or dog to snag it. (Makes no sense). I tell him there's no way you can fix snagged material especially when it's this bad. But he could try. I asked him what his plan was on reimbursing me if he's not able to fix it.
