Not to mention like 75% of the washer and dryers in the places are "Employee use only" meaning if u get there on a busy time, then ur really fucked. Here's my advice, the money you want to spend here use it somewhere else. I honestly should've stayed with Sip N Wash on 2818, who give MUCH better service and the rates are flat. When I moved to the lounge chairs, they are old, with a lot of the covering stripped of, showing the fabric underneath, and when you sit in them, there is no practical padding left, and you sink to the boards underneath. They advertise themselves as a replacement for Harvey Washbangers, but they fall well short of that mark. On the plus side. The lounge chairs are an easy fix, as is having their vendor replace the soda and snack machines with units that accept electronic payments. The only difficult part would having the bar lowered to a reasonable height. In short, not as pleasurable an experience as Harvey Washbangers (even when I didn't get food or drink), but a serviceable laundromat, if they will make minor changes.

This service actually deserves negative stars. We have been using this cleaners for almost 2 years…read moreand have only had a couple of minor issues until this past week thru today. I took in 2 pink jackets that were brand new and when we picked them up, there were spots and splotches all over them. We gave them a chance to correct the problem. My husband picked up the jackets and brought them home so I could look at them. The jackets both still had spots and discolorations all over. The very angry manager or whoever sits at the embroidery machine said she would call us the following day after talking to her manager. She never called, even after we left messages for her. We went back today and she said the jackets were fixed and ready to go. I inspected them and they were wrinkled, had places where the fabric was puckering, and had shrunken. When I asked why the fabric was like this she said because they were cheap and shouldn't be dry cleaned, which was a lie. She then said, You will never be happy, how much were they? I handed her my receipts and she wrote me a check. Needless to say, we are never taking clothes there again.
