As they are still trying to ring in customers knowing their stuff doesn't work. Not to mention like 75% of the washer and dryers in the places are "Employee use only" meaning if u get there on a busy time, then ur really fucked. Here's my advice, the money you want to spend here use it somewhere else. I honestly should've stayed with Sip N Wash on 2818, who give MUCH better service and the rates are flat. When I moved to the lounge chairs, they are old, with a lot of the covering stripped of, showing the fabric underneath, and when you sit in them, there is no practical padding left, and you sink to the boards underneath. They advertise themselves as a replacement for Harvey Washbangers, but they fall well short of that mark. On the plus side. The lounge chairs are an easy fix, as is having their vendor replace the soda and snack machines with units that accept electronic payments. The only difficult part would having the bar lowered to a reasonable height. In short, not as pleasurable an experience as Harvey Washbangers (even when I didn't get food or drink), but a serviceable laundromat, if they will make minor changes.
