Used them for years. Over the last couple of months they have gone up on price and the service has sharply declined. Takes multiple attempts to get buttons replaced and each time they say it's good and it's still broken or missing. They did not complete my last order correctly and said they would not charge me for the shirts and someone would contact me. They still charged me and no one has reached out. This was the final straw. I put up with some of the mistakes before the last couple of price hikes but the quality is worse with the higher cost. It's almost like new management came in that does not know what they are doing. read more

We live near this location and they have always taken great care of our clothes cleaning needs. I took a vintage nylon flight jacket in yesterday and asked that they not put a permanent barcode on it, nor pierce the flight satin fabric because even the plastic tag things they use would leave a permanent hole. They were somewhat apprehensive, but they accommodated my requests after checking with their manager and the owner. I picked it up today and it looked perfect. Smells fresh/clean. No damage at all. I am very happy with how they handled my jacket. I bought the jacket used, so wanted to get it cleaned prior to wearing it...so I won't make it a habit to get it cleaned frequently. But it is good to know they do a great job on these if I need to get it cleaned some time in the future. They launder and press my dress shirts also and always do a great job on those too. read more

My husband went to pick up the dress obviously men don't pay attention to details, when I got home this was what I got. They only ironed the top 2 layers that you can see and not the bottom one. I had to iron it myself at home the day before the our big event. read more

I will never use another cleaner in my LIFE. I didn't pick up my clothes before they closed due to an incorrect time posting on Yelp. I posted on a Facebook group, and the owner actually reached out to me and was able to meet me after hours so that I could pick it up in time to attend my wedding. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Pride Cleaners provides outstanding customer service. I had them dry clean a corset top of mine; however, in the process, the top got some damage since it was so delicate. The owner quickly reached out to me and offered a replacement. It was very kind of her to do so and I will still continue to use their services. read more

First time using Pride Cleaners and I was pretty satisfied with the job and the service as the staff was friendly. Pick-up and drop-off were super easy with their drive-thru. I really like that they send you a text message when it's time to pick up, makes it easier when you have a busy day. If you're a regular they have free pick-up and delivery. I really took this place for granted when I used them a few times a week. Now that I moved away, I really can't find anywhere else that matches up to this quality. Some people say that it can be pricey, but for same-day service, I've found that it's actually cheaper than other places. They also do free button replacement, many times I had no idea I was missing a button until they replaced it! I've always had good experiences with the employees. They aren't bubbly and very talkative, but they take my clothes, do a good job, and wish me a good day when I leave. What more do you need? Now that I've had the chance to experience other cleaners outside of BCS, they have left me wishing for a Pride Cleaners in my new town. read more

Zero Stars!!!! Dropped off my comforters for cleaning and explained in detail to the drive through lane and then called the manager, the trouble areas on the comforter. Both comforters were dropped off in their original bags. Picked up both comforters in cleaner's packaging and my bags were not returned. When I inquired why, I was told "Sorry, we tell customers not to leave their bags". This was my first visit to their facility and the drive through clerk did not tell me that. When I explained this, I was told "Sorry, he is new. I have no idea where your bags are at, probably in the trash." No solution was offered to me until I requested to speak with the owner. Now the owner wants pictures of my comforters so they can try to order a bag from the manufacturer. Really? How are you going to purchase a bag from a picture. read more

After taking my slacks to get washed the first time, on the next day I when getting ready for a meeting in downtown Houston, I put my freshly cleaned slacks on to discover when I went to button my slacks the button was burnt and broke into two. I was absolutely furious. I had to make due with the material I had at my house and make a makeshift button to fit on my slack with copper electrical wires. Seriously how many guys have clothing string and needles laying around? After that I debated on going back and fourth about writing a review how horrible my experience has been. Instead I decide to give college station pride cleaners one more chance. I showed up on Thursday, April 6th to drop off a few shirts and the buttonless slacks. I explained to the worker what happened to my slacks and he said " no problem, we will put a new button on." I have a meeting in downtown Houston, Saturday April 8th, and I was told my clothes will be ready on the 7th (Today). I go to pick my clothes up at 6pm after work, and after I got home I decided to check my slacks since I was nervous the button was missing. As soon as a look at the slacks in my house the button was not there!!!!!!!!!! I was so furious that I took the slacks back immediately. After the worker reviewed the damaged slacks, he called the manager to get someone to come out a button on. After talking for a few minutes, the worker said their is nothing he can do and to bring it in tomorrow morning, April 8th. Which is the morning I have to be in downtown Houston! I would be in Houston before pride even opens on Saturday. I ask the work "all I want is my button on my slacks your company burnt off, and if you can't fix it right now I want a refund". The worker called the manger on how to do a refund and after two minutes of waiting I walk out since a $5 refund is not worh my time. Now I'm stuck the night before trying to get a button on my slacks. I'm glad I checked now, because on the morning of my meeting if I found out I didn't have a button l, I would have made this response 2x longer. I will no longer be using pride cleaners read more

Agreed with other reviewer. These ladies are often rude, they often break buttons and damage garments and refuse to take responsibiltity for doing so. They are not able to overcome the smallest request and overall lack the ability to do a good job. If you want quality, look elsewhere. read more

I went to Pride Cleaners because I found a coupon for a $9 comforter cleaning the very day before my dog got sick on it. It also helped that they have a drive-through and I'm lazy. I dropped off my comforter along with some other items and was told the comforter wouldn't be ready until the 14th. I stopped by to pick up my dry cleaning on the 16th and was told that my clothes were ready but my comforter wouldn't be ready until the 23rd. When it was finally ready, I picked it up and explained (for the second time) that it was much later than when they told me to expect it and I assumed they would compensate me in some way for their error. Nope! I didn't even get an apology. Then when I get home my comforter is so unbelievably starchy! It's clean so that much I'm thankful for but dang, what a hassle. I would have rather paid more and had it done right. read more

They shrunk three of five sweaters I entrusted them with. I sent them an email telling them what happened, i didn't ask for anything, told them I had a sweater in duplicate, just a different color, and the difference was very noticeable, never heard a word. They didn't even acknowledge the email, their mistake or anything. I will never take anything to them again. It was my first and last time there. Absolutely horrible customer service when I dropped off my garments and when I picked them up, very unfriendly and lack of attention to the customer. Additionally, there is no price postings and they charged me almost $5 per item which is unreal expensive. I will not go back here simply due to the awful customer service! read more

I dropped off my husbands clothes on a Friday morning for a wedding he was in the following day. We were supposed to leave town around 5 pm to go to the rehearsal dinner that night. I checked with the lady at drop off and she assured me they would be ready in time. We got there around 5 for pickup, the clothes were still not ready. I called 15 minutes later to check if they were ready yet, so we could grab them on our way out of town. She snapped "they won't be ready for at least another 45 minutes!" And hung up on me. No apology, no goodbye, nothing. My husband had to leave town without his clothes and I had to miss the rehearsal dinner and drive up separately the following day. I can understand falling behind and clothes being late, I cannot, however, understand blatant rudeness and poor customer service. Will not be going back. read more

Took 1 pants for dry cleaning and 2 shirts for laundry. The shirts were dry cleaned and I was charged $3.89 for each shirt. The lady at the laundry just said that is what they charge for cleaning a shirt. I explained that I wanted my shirts laundered. She was of no help. Won't go back to that place.
