I appreciate Briarcrest Cleaners as my regular go to cleaner. Some of the reviews about a single incident make me shake my head. I've been going to Briarcrest cleaners for many years, and in the rare occasion, I had an issue with anything, they've bent over backwards to accommodate. Requested 2 jeans heavy starched and a couple more lightly starched. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because they did the same non sense last time, well they failed up to expectations. They gave all pants lightly starched, how hard is it to follow what a customer asks? Not worth wasting your time bring your clothes to this cleaners. Will be looking for a new cleaners, completely disappointed. read more

We took 4 pairs, asked for 1 pair LIGHT STARCH, and the rest HEAVY. They also said they would be done in a day, complete lie, not worth it, we got ALL pairs LIGHT starched when we received them. read more

Even though I was able to get my clothes back the same day, upon further investigation on my slacks I had dry cleaned, it looks to be either dried liquid starch or hopefully not bleach. They need to be more careful in processing the customers orders and not rushing their stuff out quickly. Quality is what should matter. read more

I have tried over and over to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this time it takes the cake! My husbands beautiful shirt was torn and noticeably so! Not a small tear by any standards. Friendly staff, good customer service! I gave them four because they forgot to press my wedding gown 2 days before the wedding! But they were so responsible and made it out for me! This is not a professional business. I will never go back. I brought in a $250 Ralph Lauren jacket to get it professionally cleaned, and it came back to me with dark brown stains on the front. I promptly took the jacket straight to the manager, but she is hardly ever there and I was told to leave the jacket in her office, which made me nervous. About 2 weeks later, the manager finally found my jacket sitting in her office and attempted to fix it, after I had left a note on the jacket saying, "DO NOT DO ANYTHING UNTIL WE TALK." Thankfully, the stains did come out, but the jacket is faded and doesn't look good anymore. It took the manager OVER A MONTH to get the stains out jacket. She had a new excuse every other day as to why she couldn't be there to work on it. I felt like she was trying to cover something up. Finally, I demanded the jacket back and a refund. The manager was rude and came up with more excuses, but gave the jacket back. As for the rest of the clothes that I took in to get dry cleaned, they came back smelling funky and didn't seem clean. I was extremely unimpressed and will be looking for someone else who can actually get the job done. I wouldn't risk sending your clothes here. read more

Here is my recent experience with Briarcrest Cleaners. Monday 12:00 pm - I dropped off a black/white Calvin Klein dress at the Graham location. Wednesday 12:00 pm - I retuned to the Cleaners to only be informed by the receptionist that I should have received a call on Tuesday because there had been a mishap with my dress. Wednesday 2:00pm - I received a call from their customer service representative, Donna, informing me that the black dye had bled onto the stark white portions of the dress. They asked if I wanted to have the dress "re-cleaned" or returned as is. Thursday 11:00am - I returned to the shop to see the damage that had been done to the dress. The polite sales associate, Annette, called the customer service representative, Donna, and told me that I could speak to her and get the proper answers. Donna informed me that this was a manufacturer's issue, and that black/white clothing items are prone to bleeding throughout the material even with proper dry cleaning service. She made a clear statement that this was not their fault. She also said that I should take the time to return the dress to Calvin Klein since it was not the cleaner's fault that the material bled. I then stated that the dress had been ruined while in their care, and that I would appreciate a refund of some sort. It was at this time that Donna told me that the cleaner's service would also be taking a "financial loss" because they were not charging me for their services. She then said they would spot treat it, but there would be no guarantees. I told her that the dress was already un-wearable at that point, so they might as well try the spot treatment. While the dry cleaning associate, Sylvia, was able to successfully spot treat the garment, I will not be returning to Briarcrest Cleaners for further services because of their unprofessional and curt customer service representative. I did not feel like a valued customer, and felt as if they were more focused on placing the blame on the manufacturer, rather than themselves. read more
