Customer service? They've never heard of it.
I had been using this place to have my bedding laundered for about 4 months, always good, REALLY over priced at $22.00 just to be washed... But they never damaged my things.
The week of my job fair I went to men's wear house and bought a new suit and Khakis. Took them strait to the dry cleaners to be pressed.
The first time I take my clothing to them for dry clean and starching I get back a tie with a huge crease, pants with smushed buttons, and a button starched into the seat of the pants.
The next day I went to the store to tell them and they offered to see on new buttons.
The pants were brand new with tags when they received them and completely damaged when I got them back. I told them I wouldn't accept random buttons and that I would prefer to have the pants replaced. The owner himself refused and said that if I wanted the buttons replaced I needed to bring them to him and he would do it then.
this business pretty much said "your problem" and left me on the hook for $100 pants with a button shaped polka dot in the middle of the butt.
UPDATE:
After speaking to the staff at men's warehouse and getting their tailor's opinion, it's a fact that the pants can't be fixed, the button mark is actually plastic from the button being ironed through the pocket and onto the outer fabric of the pant leg.
After speaking again to the owner I was told that I should have taken more responsibility for my pants which came in to them NEW WITH TAGS.
As a professional dry cleaner you would think that they would check for those things... read more
