I went back earlier this year to frame two documents. For the first document, they wanted to charge around $500. I took it to Michael's down the road, and had it framed for less than $150 in two weeks. I still left a second document to be frames. They told me it would be done in 2-3 weeks. I called several times after 3 weeks and could never get anyone to pick up the phone. I also sent emails, with now response. I went to the store in person, and it was closed for two days because they needed employee training. After 7 weeks, I finally got someone on the phone. I went back to the store immediately and picked up the document. I will have it framed elsewhere.

So much so that I used them solely I moved my parents from a rental in Luling to Bryan and the unit they moved out of needed a stove. When I made the trip back I grabbed a stove from AO and took it with me. I have no idea how but when I went to install the stove three of the burners were missing. AO immediately.shipped the missing burners to the rental. When the tenant moved in they called and said the oven wasn't working. AO sent a guy right away to repair or replace it. As he was taking parts off the dryer to find out what the problem was, he told me to come over and put my fingers together and spit on them then touch the exposed wire to see if it was still working. He laughed and said he couldn't figure out what was wrong with the dryer. He didn't know what he was doing and making jokes and being insulting the whole time. I had to call another place to fix the dryer. His comments were unacceptable and unprofessional, besides harassing the customer, and thinking it was funny to suggest I shock myself for his entertainment. He's lucky I didn't call the police. Stay away from this place! Buddy's appliance has mature, respectful, and professional people who get the job done. Shame to Appliance Outfitters, just a bunch of scammers who enjoy insulting and harassing clients.
