Walked in to ship a package for a damage covered by a guarantee. The worker (a 50 year old Hispanic man) was so incredibly rude. He starts by passive aggressively insisting that the packaging I had brought would not be appropriate, and says that I must put it in $6 shipping that they provide. Keep in mind I had asked the company and they said the box it came in would do. He kept saying my package would be ruined and it wouldn't be his fault. Those statements are fine they are his opinions, but the way he said it was extremely demeaning and rude. He then proceeds to take a call from what I pressume is his wife, and ignores my questions. Since I can understand and speak Spanish it was something about home repairs. And even though I understand personal matters arising, it is not an appropriate time to take a call in front of a customer and then proceed to ignore them. When they are literally paying for a service. Lastly when I asked if the box would be taped, he just kept saying your box is going to be ruined, its going to be ruined, and its not my fault. This experience is enough for me never to willingly go back to this UPS store, and speaks negatively on the quality expectations for UPS's customer service/employment decisions. read more

If you want to have your day ruined come here. I tried to drop off an Amazon return (which is free). I pre printed my labels and packed them myself to try and make it easier but ohhhh nooo. The one lady was absolutely horrific and rude as she told me I didnt do it right and she needed to separate one of the returns. I explained to here okay that's fine, we can just take the items out and do the method of "drop off" where they scan the QR code and they package it themselves. But Noooo because I brought them in the store with a pre packed label she refused to help me and told me I would now have to PAY because she repackaged mine in a UPS sack (they do that for all returns that come unpacked anyways)!! This store is an absolute mess. Every single person in front of my had and issue too. The same horrible girl overcharged a guy that said he comes here every week and sends out the same package and it was nearly double what he normally pays. Conclusion: If you want to get ripped off and charged extra for anything (even FREE Amazon returns), come here! You might even get talked down to and receive no help whatsoever. read more

I just witnessed amazing compassion at this location. An elderly gentleman asked if it would possible for them to help him weigh his dog (mind you he was not a customer just someone looking for some help) and I believe the supervisor or manager step up to help. Then once completed, the gentleman tried to pay or tip the manger and he refused and simply said it was his pleasure to help. We need more of THIS in our lives. Thank you!! read more

I needed to do some quick shipping and they were convenient and helpful. Several newer staffers not sure of measurements, estimating the necessary boxes for shipping. More senior people were quick to help and it saved me money on packaging. always courteous. read more

I did a pre-print label for a Christmas package to my sister. I measured and weighed everything and then paid around 52$ to ship it. Drop off was easy and the workers were kind. Then, on Christmas Eve I get an email stating they are charging me an additional 3$ on a package already delivered because I was apparently off by an inch! Seems kinda scummy to me for a billion dollar company to charge additional after the fact but hey merry Christmas they must need that 3$ pretty badly read more

I love the service that I am given at this location. I used to go to Postal Plus, but I became annoyed with them when they are less than helpful. I love this UPS office for all of my shipping needs. As the other reviewer mentioned, they keep your information on the computer and I always encounter the nicest staff. I will only use Postal Plus to give them the peanuts for their use, since I recycle everything!! read more

This is the only UPS store I've been to that charges me to print a label. It cost me like $1.20 to print ONE paper. I mean, doesn't UPS already make enough money? Not coming back here, wouldn't recommend it. read more

I frequented this store just about every week for a year. The staff is always friendly and went above and beyond to provide courteous service. We had an issue where a package was delayed in arrival (not their fault) and they were prompt in beginning the insurance claim process. I received emails and phone calls from them and alway felt as if I was a valued customer. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my packaging and mailing needs. read more

The service here is fast, and very friendly. The problem with this location is that it price gouges like crazy. As in: I was asked to pay $13 to ship a tiny 1.5 pound box to Missouri via UPS Ground. I paid it at the moment because I was in a rush, but that's an insane price. Compare this to the UPS Store on Texas Avenue: (the Specs/Chick Fil-A shopping center) I shipped a 20+ pound monstrosity of a box (bound for the same city as the tiny box) via UPS ground for just $15. Take note that every UPS Store location adds different premiums on top of the usual carrier fees, and some stores - like this particular one - will take advantage of that. read more

Worst UPS in town. It costs $1 minimum to use their slow computer to print one label. One TOP of that, the "paper" costs 9 cents. So to print out one little label, I paid $1.18! But it's FREE if they do it at the registers. Pure greed. Some employees are grumpy and not very understanding. Avoid if you can! read more

Are you tired of having your time wasted and sucked away by the embarrassment known as USPS? Are you tired of standing in lines forever at the mercy of overpaid slow moving surly employees? If so, then you need to come here. The people who work here are friendly and helpful, there are rarely lines...usually just at Christmas when everyone is mailing presents at the last minute. You can mail anything here from bills to packages. They keep contact info on file and they fill out all the info for mailing. Compared to the craphole that USPS has become, this is a Godsend. read more
