My mail lost and they did nothing about it. I calling them 10 times aday no responses.

These people leave at 2:30pm and dont open again till 5:30pm. Yes they are closed during the prime shipping time for U.S. companies. Our account is with Fed Ex, for years I have not understood why we did not also use UPS... now we know. Refusal to pick up, closed during main shipping hours. I have been waiting all morning and the best part of an afternoon for a signature only delivery. I have the alarm activated so that if someone knocks on the door then I will definitely not miss them, even though I have all sources of noise off to ensure I get my package ... ... only ... The driver does not bother to knock. Not seeing a car in the drive he or she simply sticks a note on the door saying that they "attempted delivery," and then are gone. Next time KNOCK! read more

My package was delivered by being thrown out in the driveway because the driver said the dogs barked. I have been receiving packages at my address for years and this is a first. Well, the dog got the package before I did and destroyed the package and chewed into the dress inside. This was not my normal delivery driver and I'm guessing he was temporary holiday driver. I have a note as to where to leave packages and he said he couldn't read it from the truck. If this is the service UPS is offering now I don't want any more dealings with them. I order frequently and my delivery driver's in the past I would give them a 100 stars if I could because they were that good, nice and very friendly and I have never had a issue with them. This new driver/drivers I wouldn't even give them a star if I could because on one delivery my packages were left on the ground by the gate and I was home thank God and seen them before it started raining. The next package I had to go across town to pick it but when I have a UPS like 1.4 or 1.7 miles from my house actually where the trucks are kept. He only try to deliver once and that's it even though he checks on the invoice that he will deliver the next day. Yesterday I waited from 9 AM to 6 PM and he never showed up and I had to run some errands and while I was gone he came and left the notice on the fence. So I have to go across town to pick it up when a driver just passed by my house. I am a very unhappy customer and the sad part is my deliveries always comes by UPS. I guess I will just have to order less often. I don't have a problem with UPS itself it's my new driver. This one attempt is not working for me and especially when I'm home. My other drivers would pull up and if I didn't come right out they would blow the horn and I would come out. If I could give UPS negative stars, I would in a heartbeat! The delivery drivers in my area, College Station, are lazy and/or incompetent. I have a secure package box mounted to my porch for deliveries, with clear instructions on the ONE step process to unlock the box and dump the package in. My postman and FedEx drivers use it without issue, my UPS drivers look right at the box and set packages on top, as if it were a table conveniently left for that purpose. I have called and complained to my local hub on several occasions and have been told the driver would be "spoken to" about this. The main reason I've complained is that I often receive packages with ammunition and gun parts as a FFL, and I got the secure box specifically to prevent theft of these type of items. So after this happening several times I decided to have one package delivered to the UPS store for pickup; however, now ALL of my packages go there and I cannot change this option on the UPS website which is not intuitive or user friendly. After hanging on the line with UPS tonight for 30 minutes, I was told customer service couldn't help me and the rep gave me the number for technical assistance. If I could tell my shippers who I prefer to get packages from, it would be anybody but UPS. They are terrible in my experience. read more

I am getting sick and tired of the UPS drivers who cry they can't find my address or my address does not exist. I have lived in the same place for over 39 years and live less 1.5 miles from UPS's customers center and depol on Osborn Ln. in Bryan TX. Anyone can Google, IE, Yahoo or Firefox. my address on their computer or smartphone and it will give a map of my location. One pissedoff customer James Jones. read more

I can not emphasize enough how helpful and kind these people are! I had a scheduled delivery date for a Friday, but had to unexpectedly leave town Thursday night. I saw my package had been delivered to the location already, so Thursday afternoon before I left town I decided test my luck to drop by and see if they would let me pick up my package from this location. The women at the front desk were so kind and understanding, and even went to look on a delivery truck in the heat to bring my package up for me. I can't guarantee that they'll do this for anyone all of the time, but I'm so thankful of how understanding they were and that they took that time to help me! read more

This review is about the actual UPS depot on Osborn -- not the UPS store and not the idiots at the 800-pick-ups number. This depot is awesome...I have had a couple of issues with some of their drivers in the past (for instance, scanning a package as "delivered" before they ever even get to my house, leading to a LOT of confusion...saying they left a notice when they didn't, stuff like that), but the management there has gone out of their way to apologize and make sure the same problems do not happen in the future. Also, if the shipper requires a signature, I've often been able to wait for the truck to return to the depot that evening and they've pulled it off the truck for me so I could pick it up that day. I know they cannot do that all the time, but I appreciate the times that they do this for me. Anyway, they have always been very helpful to me and I appreciate their work. They are very nice when I ship from there and when I need to pick up packages there. read more

On 8/17/15 I was inform that my package that I order were deliver by Bryan distribution center to me. Since we did not have them, I decided to contact UPS and very quickly realized that shipping address contain mistake. I called UPS again and they were trying to make me resolved this problem with the shipping company. But this is were I have the problem. The incorrect address in shipping does not EXIST. I told them clearly that it was IMPOSSIBLE for a truck driver to deliver the package if such a place does not exist, and he had to fail to check the address of delivery. THE PACKAGES SHOULD BE UNDELIVERABLES and i should be contact about that. Yesterday 8/20/15 the truck driver talk to my husband ( did not bring the package ) and point us to a location were he claim he left the packages.( i guess he hope us to go pick them ) The address he claims he left the packages still did not resemble the shipping address and it was not true. WE KNOW THIS.... for a fact because the people who received those packages already contact with us ( not like your office). Their address did not resemble the shipping address or the address pointed by your driver-either. I ship a lot of things true UPS and I never had to deal with such a horrible customer service, incompetence of the driver, and zero reaction from local distribution center to that issue. read more

This service center has to be underwater, just like the rest of us right now (we are under historic floods--what they are referring to as 500 year floods). They normally close at 8:00 PM at night, but I received at 9:50, almost two hours after closing time, from a Human, not a robo-call machine, asking me if there was some way they could help me--I had two packages there, but they could not get them to me. (I live over 7 miles back on a dirt road--which is pure mud right now) They had tried to deliver to me for two days straight and had gotten stuck on the first part of the road, before they had even made it half a mile. So she stayed up an extra 2 hours calling all the people with packages they couldn't deliver because of the mud. That really impressed me, that a real human cared that we couldn't get our packages. My impression of the company has gone up considerably. read more

I live in a rural area, off of a county road. Our house is almost a mile off of the main road and through two sets of gates, the codes for which have been given to our UPS driver, our FedEx driver and our USPS mail lady. UPS is the only delivery/shipping service which leaves packages at the front gate off the county road where they can easily be seen and stolen. This happened last week when, the UPS driver, instead of coming up to the house, or even leaving the package in a DISCREET location, left a package in clear view of the busy road and the package is "lost". UPS will not take responsibility for the "lost" package, and the shipper is not responsible since they handed the package over to UPS. UPS will not talk to me about my claim because I am not "their customer"- the shipper paid them (with my money, mind you!) and therefore, the shipper is a customer of UPS but I am not. So, my $150 worth of merchandise is lost (stolen) because of an incompetent driver, and there is nothing I can do to redeem it. I will definitely be giving my money to FedEx from here on. read more

Worst service. They didn't even come to home or left any package tracking details. They updated shipments as delivered. They even had no idea where they left when I called them.
