I'm a little odd at times.... actually most of the time. Especially when it comes to buying…read morepresents. It never fails that no matter what I buy or who I buy it for, it's never something that I can ship in any of the boxes I have laying around from past purchases (I'm something of a pack rat). Case in point - this past Christmas. I purchased a gift for my sister (and after many delays in shipping, it finally arrived). The box that was used to get it to me looked liked it was drop kicked in a football game (several football games actually). There was no way on God's green Earth that I was going to reuse that box to ship it to my sister (I don't think it could handle the trip personally). The item was such an odd size, I knew none of boxes I already had in my possession would work, what was I to do? I was afraid I would have to go and buy a much larger box than I needed (and then have to cut it down to size - which I had done before in the past). Before I decided to re-walk down that thorny path, I would try and Google a solution - thus I found EcoBox (cue the Angelic chorus). After looking at the multitude of boxes they have available on their website - I found the perfect box!(see I knew that chorus would be useful someday) So I went to their store and inquired about purchasing that particular box. The person I spoke to was quite friendly and knowledgeable but on the downside they were out of stock on my box I wanted (cue the ominous duh-duh-duhh). They said they were getting a shipment in the next day and if it wasn't in that shipment they would order it for me (I wasn't pressed for time so that was fine by me). I gave them my contact info and left. By the time I got home there was a message from EcoBox letting me know that they found a similar box in stock (only an inch wider) and if I wanted to they would see me that box at the same price as the box I originally wanted. So I went over and checked it out (and in all honesty, it was probably a better box than my original choice) and purchased their offer. My sister will be happy with her gift (I hope) and I know I am happy with the way it will be arriving. With a staff this friendly and service this good, I will definitely be using EcoBox again, and I recommend that you do too.

Walked in to ship a package for a damage covered by a guarantee. The worker (a 50 year old Hispanic…read moreman) was so incredibly rude. He starts by passive aggressively insisting that the packaging I had brought would not be appropriate, and says that I must put it in $6 shipping that they provide. Keep in mind I had asked the company and they said the box it came in would do. He kept saying my package would be ruined and it wouldn't be his fault. Those statements are fine they are his opinions, but the way he said it was extremely demeaning and rude. He then proceeds to take a call from what I pressume is his wife, and ignores my questions. Since I can understand and speak Spanish it was something about home repairs. And even though I understand personal matters arising, it is not an appropriate time to take a call in front of a customer and then proceed to ignore them. When they are literally paying for a service. Lastly when I asked if the box would be taped, he just kept saying your box is going to be ruined, its going to be ruined, and its not my fault. This experience is enough for me never to willingly go back to this UPS store, and speaks negatively on the quality expectations for UPS's customer service/employment decisions.

The one lady was absolutely horrific and rude as she told me I didnt do it right and she needed to separate one of the returns. I explained to here okay that's fine, we can just take the items out and do the method of "drop off" where they scan the QR code and they package it themselves. But Noooo because I brought them in the store with a pre packed label she refused to help me and told me I would now have to PAY because she repackaged mine in a UPS sack (they do that for all returns that come unpacked anyways)!! This store is an absolute mess. Every single person in front of my had and issue too. The same horrible girl overcharged a guy that said he comes here every week and sends out the same package and it was nearly double what he normally pays. Conclusion: If you want to get ripped off and charged extra for anything (even FREE Amazon returns), come here! You might even get talked down to and receive no help whatsoever.
