I have a box here because of some issues getting mail in my apartment & occasionally ship or use the shredding services. Looking for a mailbox? Can't tell you how many times I've had issues opening the door after hours, even though they give you a key. When I renewed my mailbox, I was still getting emails and notices to renew, or my mail would be suspended. Come to found out that the attendant helped me did not accurately enter my renewal information. Overall, it's affordable enough however, I'm not sure I'll renew a third time. Shipping & shredding? I have only had positive experiences doing both. The shredding services are self service, and pay by the pound of mail or documents you need shredded. read more

everyone being helped was having issues communication. they had 4 workers there but it seemed two of them didn't understand English and kept telling people to wait until an English speaker was available. one lady was called to ups to pick up a package she tried to send back to the company she bought it from because this store had printed the label wrong with her as the recipient instead of the sender and then wanted her to pay for shipping again. I'm a college student and get anxious when I have to deal with customer service (mainly because I've had bad experiences in the past). I ordered a fairly big and heavy package from Amazon and needed to return it and went here to do that. The lady was so sweet and so nice! She was also so strong I definitely could not have lifted that package so easily on my own haha but she was like super woman! Very fast as well she just scanned it and printed out my receipt. I went into this store on June 18, 2021 to ship some things to California, where I live. I paid $200 for insurance and $89 for shipping that included extra care packaging so that nothing would break. I was shocked when I received the package on June 23, 2021. The Waterford wine glasses (that I paid extra for special packaging) were not wrapped at all and at the very bottom of the box. One was smashed. I filed a claim according to the website and a UPS driver came the next day to pick up the damaged piece. Today is April 11, 2022. I finally got a check from UPS for $196. WTH? I was promised reimbursement for the shipping, for the insurance AND the wine glass. I have had to call the manager at the store so many times and I am so disappointed in the service and the reimbursement - As someone else said - is there an option for 0 stars? read more

I have always used the ups store most of shipping needs. Even some times the mail services. Due to my husband's occupation we move a lot. It so nice that all locations keep you in their system which makes mailing and shipping so convenient and easy. This particular location has a kind and courteous staff. Drew, who seems to live there, always so helpful and courteous. I have always received wonderful service. With several locations in Bryan /College Station this location is the one I prefer to use. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE If you have to use UPS go elsewhere. 3 months ago a family member sent me a package containing 3 family items from my deceased Grandfather, it was insured for $500, when it arrived an item was missing, the box clearly had been tampered with, the package was received as it was dropped off, I contacted UPS and they said it was between the owner of the shipping store and myself, not UPS corporate for some reason, after calling repeatedly and getting the runaround this guy has not made any effort to resolve this nor kept in contact, we are good people and I would never try to bad talk a small business, but I've been stolen from and that doesn't fly for us, so BEWARE, insuring your items is pointless, like I said go somewhere else or use a different company. I have shipped through UPS consistently three to five times a week for the past three years. Upon relocation to College station last fall, I began using this location. I will start by mentioning I have never left a bad review on anyone ever. As a business owner, I'm a very positive person and understand accidents happen. For this to be my first negative review, that says something. Ever since I've used them, service has been poor. Staff is unknowledgable, unwilling, and not welcoming. I never mentioned anything or made a problem of it. As of today, I go in to ship out merchandise as usual. I am a boutique timepiece dealer and use Parcel Pro who is a subsidiary of UPS to insure and ship packages from UPS stores. For the second day in a row, they rudely tell me they cannot ship my packages due to my insurance amount, even though I just got off the phone with Parcel Pro staying I can ship all less than $50,000 packages at any UPS store location. Not just customer centers (I am very educated on this, why would I take a chance with valuable packages and risk voiding insurance). The staff did not listen, will not reason, and would not go through any effort and/or research to learn of policy in regards to Parcel Pro. How did they respond further upon me requesting to speak to the manager? They called the manager, and the manager would not even speak with me. It's as if I didn't even matter, even though I spend $800-$1200 a month ago UPS MONTHLY. The entire staff should be fired including the manager and red headed guy specifically. No one should fall victim to ignorance at this level. This is not how you run a business or even interact as an employee. Went in and had a quick in and out returning a package from Amazon. Nice to my children who I take almost everywhere with me and let me tell you it's not always pleasant. The only down side is the girl behind the counter pretty much only said 2 words to me. But she did say welcome when my kids told her thank you. So that's nice. read more

Fast service and I was in and out in no time at all. I handed my package to the clerk, he measured and weighed it real quick and asked if I wanted tracking or not. If you say no they'll ship it via USPS which is odd since this is a UPS store? I told him I wanted tracking and also wanted it to go by UPS and not USPS. If I could put 0 stars I would. I was disrespected by the female worker that was there today 8/19. She refused to speak to me personally but would rather speak about me to her coworker in Spanish. I speak fluent Spanish and do not respect being called "a little liar". I also do not understand why she felt the need to speak to a random customer about how "this little girl over here doesn't understand and we just won't accept her packages but whatever", again all in Spanish. I was embarrassed for this company and this employee when I had to interrupt her conversation with another customer about me telling her that I do in fact understand what's going and understand everything this is saying about me in another language. I will not be using this store again and I will be taking this up with corporate. This employee has no business being in customer service if she wants to talk shit about her customers, especially when she thought she could get away with it by speaking in Spanish. read more

The wait here is always a bit frustrating, but the staff is friendly and efficient. Greg D's review is right: avoid this place if you're shipping via USPS. They do gouge fairly outrageously. However, I've found that when shipping by UPS, this particular UPS store is far cheaper than the UPS store further north (off Villa Maria). Usually, everything I ship here leaves the store the same day according to online tracking. read more

Can you believe it.....I went into the store and asked for a UPS Express shipping box and the employee tells me that they do not stock them. I asked in amazement, "How am I supposed to mail with Express?" Employee says that the owner only stock boxes you have to buy !!!!!! Ridiculous, stay away from this UPS store. read more
