I called just prior to going there to make sure someone would be there, then went there right then. That's all it takes. Anyway, they are usually polite and helpful. Anytime I need to get my Motorola radios reprogrammed, I go there. Haven't had to go lately as the frequencies I use haven't changed at all, so I just go whenever I buy a new handheld. Sure beats having to find someone in Houston to program them and then drive there and possibly have to leave the radios and pick them up later.

Get there with the two things the person on the phone said that I owed them, the remote, and the Receiver, and turns out I owe them something they never gave me, two somethings actually. I magically owed them a DigitaLink box and its remote, even though the apartment complex I had moved into was on its list of apartments that didn't need the box. The complex I had moved into prior to this one required it, but I moved out of it before Suddenlink put its "foot down" on the rule. The excuse of the person at the desk, was that I must have had an older tv and that's why the technician had "given" me one, even though my setup didn't require one and I had never been given one. Basically, Suddenlink changed me an extra $55.00 for something they never gave me that I never needed to have, not to mention how they kept charging me for two months after I moved out of the first apartment and kept harassing me for the equipment that they claimed I had taken, even though I was using it in my new apartment.

A frontier lineman came into our yard to move all the cable and other internet lines from an old…read moreutility pole to a new utility pole the city had installed. I returned home and approached him and said "I would prefer if you access the pole from....when he RUDELY interrupted me and cut me off with this info when all I wanted to do was let him know that where he had his ladder was an unsafe area as we have bunnies who dig burrows in that area and there are "air pockets" or "spaces" underground that we can't see. I didn't want him to get hurt as he was high on that ladder. Things got ugly with him trying to "mansplain" his rights, blatant disrespect, and bad attitude so I let him know that he was a class-A jerk and went inside. His little ego was hurt so bad he would get even with me and decide to INTENTIALLY SABATOGE optimum cable lines. He left them not hooked up property and disconnected. They left our cable line to our home hanging so low I could touch it and another line dragging across our back fence. So now my internet is out and I have to go through the trouble of contacting my provider and setting up an appointment for repairs. I will NEVER use frontier because of this crappy experience.

Frontier makes sure to not let anyone else have the title of the worst provider as their customer service is head and shoulders the most deceptive and useless. Andy helped us select the right phone, the right plan, and the best deals. We had Verizon and they were good, but just pricey. T-Mobile definitely has a better deal going on right now. I don't remember what the name of the deal I got, but it was for First Responders as well, and it included unlimited talk and text to include a locked price for 5yrs and AppleTV and Netflix for free. Lots of parking. Friendly staff and no restrooms in their store, but I do believe they have a community restroom somewhere in this little strip mall, if not, then I'd guess Subway or Walmart which is also nearby. There is 1 table and 3 chairs in the front of the store and nowhere else to sit. No other chairs or benches, you just gotta stand if that table is taken. They don't even have a trash can lol. So this review would've been 5 five stars even it wasn't for the convenience of this store. While I was securing my services, my whole family had to stand to the side until a family who was using the table, left. And I've seen a customer wait over an hour for help because both sales rep were occupied.
