    I have been coming here now for about a year and half. My experience has always been top notch professional and great service. Olivia is outstanding!!! She is always willing to assist you and make sure that you get the best customer service. I forgot the other ladies name as well. But either ladies are so helpful and attentive to every customer that walks through the doors. I never had not one issue with my son receiving his package at school. The time that is giving has always been the actual time it arrives. Thanks for being outstanding Olivia and the team over at UPS Store 27 N. Wacker Dr.. Thumbs Up!!!

    The UPS associate was rude and unprofessional. Would avoid and look for another notary, if possible.

    Went to this location at 6:40pm and they were closed. Hour of operations are from 9-7.

He literally set a Christmas miracle in motion when I had already contended with the fact that I may not be able to have a custom daily planner I designed for my husband printed and bound for Christmas day. I waited last minute, like 12 pm Christmas Eve, to call and ask if I could have my order printed and bound. Joseph was extremely polite on the phone, gave awesome direction on what he needed to make it happen, and when I said it didn't have to be printed that day he said, "Well let's see what we can do once we receive the order". So I sent the order, and I did not do a good job. Haha, and Joseph politely let me know it was not in order. I sent it again, now after 2pm at this point and I just knew it wasn't in the cards for me to pick it up same day. Lo and behold, Joseph came through like Santa Claus down a chimney and has it printed and in order by 4:30 pm. And when I saw it, I nearly cried. It had been such a stressful day and he just brightened my spirit with his friendly nature and everything earlier in the day that had me stressed suddenly felt small compared to how Joseph made me feel with my order. My husband loved his gift by the way and started using it on Sunday! Thanks again so much Joseph, I'll never forget how you made me feel this past Christmas!

    Historically have had good experiences but recently problematic. Tried to send photos to my son…read morevia UPS (for his birthday no less), which do not arrive, I look at the tracking report, it was tracked as received at the UPS store and then - nothing? I.e., shipping NEVER STARTED. How the heck does that happen? Drop by on the weekend, they say they'll file a "missing package report and get back to me". Called them during the week after no response - stated they "reviewed the security cameras" in the store and no sign of the package. But they'll refund my credit charge. Not worth it guys - time to find another shipper or another branch. Oh, and in Urbana the delivery person took a picture of another letter I shipped, on the floor with resolution so poor that you can't see the address. Hmm, maybe another shipper. The two stars are for the decent service before all this started.

When using Paypal, it appeared the payment went through, but it didn't give me my shipping label, and double-charged me instead. After asking the person working the desk about it, he said they could not handle payment issues in-store, and provided a corporate number for me to call. After getting home, I called the UPS corporate number, and was met with a completely useless automated message system that could not help me with the issue. I tried getting it to send me to a live agent TWICE, and both of them said they would need to redirect me to ANOTHER department to deal with payments, only to send me back to the exact same useless automated message system I started out with. Massive waste of time. I proceeded to ship through Fedex instead, and went through the process without issue in less than an hour. I will be disputing the transactions on Paypal.

    I had a very frustrating experience at this The UPS Store location…read more I received an email the day prior stating I had a package ready for pickup. When I arrived, the employee barely acknowledged me, asked for my ID, and had me sign for the package before even confirming it was available. After that, I was told there was "no package," and then repeatedly told I must have already picked it up--despite showing the email I received the day before. Instead of investigating further, the employee became visibly irritated, rolled her eyes, and suggested that I should have checked tracking myself--as if I have access to their internal system. At no point did she take ownership of what was clearly a breakdown in their process. When I asked for a manager, I was told (rather dismissively) that one wouldn't be available until Monday. Between the dismissive attitude, lack of accountability, and being made to feel like I was at fault for their system issue, this was a poor customer experience from start to finish. To make matters worse, access to this location is currently difficult due to surrounding street closures--making the trip even more frustrating. I've since changed my package pickup location and will not be returning.

Two of the staff- Aakush and Kevin were extremely helpful. They found the correct boxes, then provided the cost of mailing the packages - offering a range of prices determined by the speed of the delivery. They could not have been more courteous and well-informed. I've brought packages here before and have been impressed by the courtesy and knowledge of this team. They are focused on fulfilling the needs of their customers. As I was leaving the store, I wished them good luck in having a great "end-of-the-year rush" as packages will be mailed for the holidays. I promised to tell my neighbors and friends about my experience there, and encourage them to visit Store #4237 in the Old Town Square Shopping Center. Lots of free parking , and a great place to mail packages. DeniseT
