Many thanks to the manager Gabe. I go here at least 1 month to do printing jobs for work and he is always extremely helpful. Also very helpful to the other staff members and I can tell they respect him as well. Thanks for such great customer service! read more

Excellent service. We have a PO Box here and the entire staff is friendly, professional, and helps us navigate mailing, printing, notary, and the other services they provide. read more

Had a bad experience here today. Had to print out a 1 page document from my email, so I used their computer for 1-2min at the MAX. I go to the counter expecting to pay for my 1 page and probably a quarter or two for using their computer. the manager charged me $3 for using the computer for that 1-2 minutes. I asked him why, since at every other ups store I've ever been too, including ones in other states, they will only charge a quarter or two for that short amount of time. He said, where do we make that precedent? How am I supposed to monitor that? I replied, you saw me walk in the door....sit at the computer...print...and come to the counter. So that would be a start. Ridiculous reasoning for that kind of a charge. Not going back there for sure! read more

This store has helped me return at least five packages to sellers, and each time the employee(s) was/were not only friendly, but helpful in getting the packages ready for shipment. The packages were tracked, and had reached the sellers in a few days, consistently. read more

Awesome guys in this store . Just showed up 15 minutes after they closed but he took my package anyway! Gotta love that

They are always super friendly and very fast this morning I came with a package that wasn't taped properly and I didn't have the return label on it because I forgot to tape it on and they just took care of it without me even saying anything they're just the nicest thank you for your great customer service! read more

If I can I would give these guys a 10 stars.. They are great they help you out with mailing out items, filling out customs forms, fingerprints (if you need them done), this is the place to go.. My other alternate place to go is goto the post office but these people are great I was in and out in like 10 minutes or less.. But I recommend this place with deep sincerity ! read more

I come here at 10:10am to get something notarized and the person just walks out! Poor customer service and doesn't even make an attempt to help me. What a joke, I have time sensitive material that needs to be faxed out and I don't appreciate being left stranded. This is how places like this get eaten up by competitors. 1 star for being a convenient location but that's about it read more

This store has been nothing but great in the 8 years I have gone here. From Amazon returns to notarizing to sending documents to Europe. Nice and efficient, never grumpy. We now live in Felton and the Scotts Vally UPS pales in comparison - I feel a bit unwelcome here, and when a young employee packed his heavy tape dispenser into my package to Ethiopia - well, that kind of pushed me to make an extra trip to Capitola if necessary. read more

Had an awful experience at the fedex near this ups store to ship package on behalf of another person today. I looked up my options and thankfully this store was not far from there. The person at fedex was unhelpful so I decided to give the store a call to ask about shipping prices. The girl I spoke to was very nice and helpful unlike fedex and answered all my questions in a polite manner. She even offered to give me a quote on the phone over how much it cost to send my package out! So helpful now with covid 19 and being a older person! Wow I was amazed. I gave her the approximate size and weight estimates with the zip code and gave me a estimate over the phone. Went in and the same girl from the phone helped me out with shipping out the package. Price was cheaper than what she quoted over the phone with my guess on the weight and size. They measured it out. Did not have to wait long. Nice that you enter one way and exit another. Like all places in Santa Cruz you have to wear a mask. Employees I saw all had masks. They even had glass coverings between their registers and the customers. Not all stores have that. Did not take long to get my package out. Name on the receipt of the girl who helped me today is Monste. Very pleasant and helpful in answering my question over the phone and in person. I very much appreciated her help today. The man that was there appeared to be very friendly to other customers. I was very impressed. Unlike fedex customer service seems to matter to them. Thank you for being better then fedex ups store! Next time I need to ship package I will go through ups store. This one is not the closest to me, but with the service I received worth a trip to go back in read more

These guys at UPS on 41st are awesome!! I went to them yesterday and they were so nice. They helped me unload items from my car and I said I would buy tape and the taped a few of the boxes shut free of charge. I went to UPS on Soquel Avenue today in Santa Cruz -this guy was a complete jerk trying to send them without taping the packages shut or even suggesting I do so. I grabbed my packages back and took them to 41st - where I trusted that they would tape them shut and would get sent out. They are super nice here and are trustworthy. read more

This company is not capable of backing their "guarantee" of delivery and take no accountability for their mistakes. I paid for express delivery and was assured that it would be delivered Friday 7/26. Of course delivery time comes and goes with no word what-so-ever from the company to inform me of the delay. Then, when I call around 9pm (2 hours after their predicted "deliver by" time") I'm assured the driver is not allowed to go home without all the packages on the truck being delivered (my package was placed on the truck for delivery at 8:15am). More than 9 hours after my package was loaded I'm being told they have no idea where my package or their driver is but to keep an eye out because it will be delivered. So, imagine my surprise (and extreme irritation) when I call at midnight, after still not receiving my package, to be told that it has been rescheduled for... Monday. That's right, despite their "guarantee" they can't even deliver today after they made the mistake. read more

My husband and I needed notary services. We weren't able to get there until two minutes before closing. Even though there was already another woman waiting for the same service, Gabe, told us that he would help us. He stayed an extra 20 minutes after closing. The whole time he was cheerful, helpful and professional. Thanks for the great service Gabe. read more

I have to ship packages out relatively often, and every time I do, I take them to this UPS location. The employees here are friendly, and always make my drop offs quick and easy. read more
