We were passing through the Camp Verde area in our RV and I needed to get some supplies sent to me, including medicine. I called the store and spoke to a very nice woman who told me that I could use this store as a delivery location and she explained to me how to address the pkgs. I picked up two pkgs last week and the lady who was there was so sweet and even told me how her sister used the UPS store for the same sort of thing. I told her I had another pkg coming and appreciated her providing this service. Well, I went in today to pick up my pkgs, and there were two other women working. When I walked up to the counter to tell her I was picking up a pkg she started off by telling me I had no pkgs there. I pulled up my delivery confirmation and read the name of the person who had signed for it. She then went back and found my pkg and my husband's pkg. I was trying to tell her that my husband would be in next to get his because we had a dog in the truck. She cut me off, telling me that he had to come in and sign for his own. I told her yes, that's what I was trying to say. She then went on to tell me the pkgs weren't in the system and I laughed and said well it's ok, you found them and that's all that matters. She then looked at me and said "we do not offer this service here." I told her I had called and spoke to someone and she told me that I had talked to the owner and that the owner had told her about my pkgs. I asked what the problem was then and she said the owner was the only one who could approve getting pkgs like this. Again, I said I talked to the owner and she approved this and told you, so why am I in trouble. She said I just do what I'm told. I told her that I used to work at a UPS Store and that's how I knew to call and ask and that I had been told it was fine by the owner, who was very pleasant. She laughed and said for me to read the reviews and that I was overreacting. I told her I had spent a lot of money using this store because it's $10 a pkg to pick them up plus a 20 mile drive. She told me that wasn't a lot of money! She was rude and condescending and apparently does not listen when her owner tells her that a customer had been approved to pick up pkgs there. Again, the owner was nice and helpful but the clerk who said she's worked there five years was not. I could not see her name tag because it was covered by her hair. read more

Can't give zero stars but would. The person working on Sunday 1/5/25 at 4:10 pm was extremely rude. She made us (the customer) wait for around 10-12 mins while she finished taping and labeling boxes. I don't know what type of business this is that you make your customers wait around while you do work that can be done when no customers are around. And then, I had a label from a store but she said that it was a label that needed to be printed out (very rudely and matter of fact, like I was some sort of idiot). The website I got it from said that all I had to do was show the label at UPS store and they would handle the rest. She didn't want to hear what I had to say. I asked her if she could print it for me, and again, very rudely, she said yup, you can email it to this address and I charge $5.50 to do it. WHAT!?!?! $5.50 for an email and to print a label. That's insanity and UPS should be ashamed of that. Again the woman dismissed me as if I were bothering her. Good customer service would have offered to do it for their customer and explain kindly the process that should be taken in the future, but this woman was nasty, obviously didn't want to be there and lost a customer. I will be telling all those that I know of her antics and advise them to avoid that store at all Costs. I'd rather go to cottonwood and spend the extra 15 mins than go to a store with such rude and nasty people working there. Convenience isn't worth rude and nasty customer service. I felt gouged. Today's copy machines have a place for flash drives for printing. This store doesn't and charges an extra $5.50 to print from a chip. I don't have the need to visit often, but when I do, I am always greeted as I open the door, as everyone is. If there is a line, the girls are prompt to let you know they "will be right with you." bad experience with the driver of ups, today was the second day in which I expected 2 packages, yesterday the driver stopped between the apartment building where I live and my neighbors across the street, the driver left a package in front of a neighbor's door from building B and he just left, I was looking at him because I thought he would also deliver my packages to me, but it was not like that, I then went back to tracking my packages and had a new notification that said that he was sorry that I was not there. available to receive my packages, which would make a new attempt the next day, I was there and he did not even look for building A, he just got on the truck and left. Today the same story happened, the same truck, the same driver's man, the same stop, he left a package in the same apartment as yesterday and he left again, I tracked again to see when my packages would arrive and surprise, from Again the notification of 2 delivery attempt and I again was not available to receive, I was at my door watching the ups man walk away, then he ran to wait for him to turn and stop me in the middle of the street to make him stop and The first thing that man asks is apartment A5, he was surprised I would have stopped him, I asked him why yesterday and today I did not deliver my packages, I asked him why I did not walk to my door and why he only said I was not available, but he didn't answer my questions; He just stepped back from the truck and brought my packages and told me these are from yesterday .... I really don't understand the behavior of this man, they pay him to do his job, he doesn't do it for free and if he doesn't like it; I should look for something else. Ok, now I'm going to sound like a shill review, but this store is great! I pick up my mail every day, and have never gotten anything but polite, friendly, helpful service. Since I come in almost everyday, they get my stuff ready as soon as they see my car pull up! I have been doing business with this store for almost a year. More times than not my mail is pulled by them as I'm getting out of the car. I called today and spoke with the owner to see if I had received a package, she told me she would call when it arrived. I told it I could get it if it came before 10 because I had to open my store in Cottonwood. She then offered that her husband would be going there and that he would drop it off for me. I used to have my husband go to the UPS store in Cottonwood since he works near there, but with the pandemic being so bad I have been coming here in order to help limit his exposure to others. A few of the employees have been pleasant, but there are one or two older women who are angry and super rude (maybe they're one in the same, it's hard to tell). It's no wonder there is such a high turnover rate with their employees. I dropped in to get a simple task done. Two sided color copies of three medical cards and also to have them laminated. I left to finish an errand and came back. The young man had some difficulty with cutting a straight edge and explained why. I told him I need the cards to look professional. June, the owner, stepped in to micro manage her employee who was attempting to make it right. The experience became peppered by her snarky remarks, yes June we're all human last I knew, and eye rolls. I pointed out that all was good until she got involved and besides I was willing to pay for whatever. Then she threw my cards on the counter at me and said more or less she was done. With that attitude I guess you are and may I add she behaved like that in front of other customers. As I was leaving she made sure to tell me to have a good day. So I went into ups today and the lady working was very rude. I walked in and immediately she said I couldn't ship back my blinds in the box that they were in. (Mind you Amazon shipped them to me this way). So I asked her for a price on a box. She said "16 bucks". I politely declined and said "No that's ok." She rudely said "well I don't recommend that." I said "It's ok thanks though." She asked me for my return label and as i went to hand it to her she rudely said "I'll let you read the directions and you can apply your own label." So I said "wow your pretty rude", and went on to explain how the ups I typically go to in Prescott valley always asks for my label and applys it for me. She said nothing. I asked for the clear plastic envelope to put my label in and she rudely handed it to me. I applied it over an opening that the blind box had as it showed the blinds. She said "well that will save you 3 dollars so you don't have to buy tape!" And then told me I was "good to go" and she handed me my receipt. Just got home from picking up my order and I cannot say enough great things about this UPS Store. Be it shipping, copies, your own packing supplies, need to send a cute card? This store does it all and has it all. I have been going to this UPS for years and never have I been disappointed. I have taken very old family photos to be copied, the originals never leave the store which in todays world this is a very important factor.
