I am extremely concerned and frankly alarmed by UPS's handling of my delivery. This was not a…read moreroutine package--this was MEDICATION that I was depending on today. Instead of delivering it, UPS marked it as undeliverable due to "address uncertainty," despite the fact that they have delivered to my address many times before. Even more concerning, there was absolutely no attempt to contact me--no phone call, no effort to resolve the issue--nothing. When a company is trusted to deliver medication, there is a responsibility to treat that delivery with urgency and care. Failing to deliver without even attempting to reach the recipient is not just poor service--it is potentially dangerous. This situation raises serious concerns about whether UPS should be handling medical deliveries at all. People rely on these shipments for their health and well-being, and delays like this can have real consequences. I do not feel confident trusting UPS with anything time-sensitive or medically necessary after this experience.

A few minutes later, Cindy, the owner, called to say my brake, tail, and license plate lights were out. This might have prevented an accident, as I was planning to take my wife out that night to see the Christmas decorations and lights. I would think that Sir Speedy, as a corporation, would a have much better customer service posture and equipped with stronger processes to make sure that their customers have no worries about theft of their information after they leave their shredding. I saw nothing but a very small locked garbage can in the office filled with sensitive materials being used. Then I was told it goes into another vehicle then taken down to Phoenix for shredding. Ok... but what is there to prevent anyone from handling that material, snapping photos on ones phone and then selling the info? I have to think of stronger passwords all the time on my accounts.
