Had terrible experience with Overall moving. Zero stars. Absolutely not worth the trouble to deal with. Broke things Update: they charged us for 110 furniture pads and we had witnesses verify our count that they really only used 47. They stole our money Update 2: if you leave negative reviews for this company then they will sign your phone number up for spam calls. read more

This company made the move from California to Arizona very easy. Donovan answered our call and provided an estimate and explanation of the moving process. Andrew and Dallas were on time and were very efficient in loading up our furnishings. Everyone at this company from beginning to end provided excellent customer service. We highly recommend Overall moving for your move! read more

Highly recommended Overall Moving for local relocations. Our initial meeting with Devin was super simple with all pricing identified up front. Jerry and Izzy arrived on time, loaded and unloaded our stuff as if it was their stuff. They placed everything in its new location without scuffing or dinging any walls. Greatly appreciate their professionalism and safe guard of our new place.....Kudos to a job well done....... read more

Loved Donovan, Sean and Sky who were especially helpful taking care of all my treasures. Will definitely tell my friends to call Overall Movers when they have to move! read more

I would highly recommend Overall Moving for any needs you may have. They provided great service, were prompt, called ahead, were careful and capable with the furniture/boxes, and they worked very efficiently. What more could you ask for? I worked with Chris, Kemar and Joel and they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. Thank you, I hope to you use you all in the future. read more

Although our move to another home a mile away took three days to complete, the task was completed. All the movers were great, we just needed more than two guys at a time. read more

Terrific company, with great employees, competent service and competitive pricing. Moving is an ordeal, but Overall made it as easy as possible. read more

We recently had Overall move us from Southern Californis to Prescott, AZ. We thought they did a good job, until we arrived in Prescott. The day they moved our stuff in, once they received the final payment, they quit mid day and left 8 major pieces of furniture still wrapped, and didn't put our desk back together. We also had several things damaged or broken. The most surprising is they never followed up with us to make certain we were happy, and when I reached out, it took over a week to respond. If you use them, make sure you get the job completed before paying the balance. read more

I've used this company twice now and couldn't ask for better service. The first was to move our household to a storage facility in June & again September 30 to pick it up and move it to our new house. I couldn't ask for better service. The employees were courteous, polite, and very attentive to our needs. Our items were handled with care, wrapped professionally and treated as it was theirs. THEY DON'T PAD THEIR TIME OR WORK SLOW!! THEY GET THE JOB DONE!! PROMPTLY! !! THEIR RATES ARE REASONABLE & THEY HAVE FUN WORKING TOGETHER!! I would hire them again if I needed to move and recommend them highly. Thanks for being a reliable company!! My thanks to the employees!! You work hard and made the experience less stressful!! read more

Very satisfied with Overall Movers. The 2 guys made the move seamless. The company was up front with the cost and very efficient with their use of my time. I have had 2 nightmare moves in the past and so I felt obligated to do the review. Very satisfied. read more

This moving company is by far the best I've ever used. My mother put her house up for sale earlier this year and I hired them to move some of her things into storage. They were very efficient and careful. They ended up moving her things back 2 months later when it didn't sell and much the same. Well her house went back up last month and sold within a week and I hired them once again to move her things to her new home in Phoenix.. so it was everything this time including all her antiques, grandfather clock etc.. they wrapped it all perfectly and they moved it all within 3hrs, moved it to phx safely, unloaded in about 3hrs in the heat.. I can't recommend them enough. Fabian even helped me get the weights back into my mothers grandfather clock correctly when I could not figure it out. Worth every penny. Can't recommend them enough, read more

When a ZERO is a really good thing...as in zero hiccups, accidents, damage or stress. We moved across town, which shouldn't be a big deal, right? Well it is, and the team at Overall Moving made the move really painless. If possible, ask for the team of Patrick, Garrett and Kemer - all very professional, hard working, and pleasant individuals. If you're going to spend the better part of two days with people, great to spend it with some really good people. Showed up on time, ready to go, moved an array of different items without issue and their rates are very competitive. Highly recommend. They were even nice to my dog :). read more

The positive reviews must come from friends and family because I found none of the positive reviews to be accurate based on my experience with this company. There were times when they were literally throwing things in boxes, not placing them carefully but just tossing them in without any concern. At one point I went out to see how much room was left in the cargo trailer that I had them loading my household goods into and saw they had just shoved fine art paintings in without any protection whatsoever! I then demanded that they remove them and package them properly. Then they ran out of boxes and claimed that they didn't have anymore in the warehouse. A moving company without enough boxes, really? The three guys that they sent out were polite when I was around but unprofessional the rest of the time and I caught them cussing and sometimes saying offensive things assuming I wasn't around. I asked them to keep some things accessible in the trailer and that didn't happen. I asked them to please not pack anything on the desk and they packed everything except the laptop and I only saved that from being packed because I happened to walk in that room in time to stop that. I contacted the manager and he said they used my comments as a training opportunity. There have been no offers of any kind of compensation and they seem to have no concerns at all about their lousy service. Bottom line, I paid for a full service move but didn't get full service. I ended up spending the next 3 - 4 days finishing the packing myself which severely impacted the time limit that I had to get out of the house. They were not professional but certainly had no problem leaving without finishing the job. There are certainly much better moving companies available and I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost if you value your time and money. Two thumbs down!!! read more

I cannot be happier with the services rendered by Overall Moving. Whitney helped me schedule the move from my Prescott storage to my home in Pinetop. Then helped me reschedule due to health issues and finally again when we had three back to back snowstorms. She does everything with a smile and it shows even through email. Garrett and Sky were incredible! Friendly, hard working and would not let me lift a finger to help them. And at the end of the unloading, the bill received was super reasonable and quite a bit less than my original quote. I highly recommend Overall Moving - definitely give them a call! read more

This company ruined most of my belongings moving from prescott to green valley. A just cleaned couch was NOT wrapped - had to be recleaned, an $8000 latex mattress was not wrapped, completely ruined cannot be cleaned. The delicate leg of a $2500 credenza is broken. The knob on an ethen Allen end rable lost. The ethan allen bed frame ruined when scraped on pavers instead of being protected. The controls for the split king adjustable bed lost. Etc etc etc etc. this company is only capable of transporting materials to the dump because whatever they touch will be ready for the dump. read more

Awesome company from the beginning till the end. The coordinator, Donovan, was super helpful with all the changes with our move and the two guys that came, Chris and James were the best! They worked super hard, had great attitudes, and were very professional and careful. We highly recommend this company. read more

Great service from Steven and Troy unloading a lot of stuff. Careful, personable, on time. Could not ask for more. Will use again if I need movers!! Thanks guys! read more

I moved in April, 2022 out of State and originally they told me they could move me on the date I had requested but close to the moving time they said that they were not able to do it on my requested date but five days earlier which cost me more money and no time to hire another mover. To add more pain to the move several items were badly damaged and several boxes were crushed. When I contacted them they said they needed a photo of the before and after so who takes photos of the before when your moving. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Be aware. read more

We were really pleased with the overall moving experience. Patrick and Cameron were punctual and extremely hard working. They did an excellent job getting everything packed and moved into storage. We highly recommend this company. read more

Chris and Brad were fantastic. They arrived in a 26' moving truck and loaded a full 10x20 storage unit and three bedroom apartment in record time. They were careful with every item and completely wrapped and protected all the furniture. I am more than pleased with their work ethic and professionalism. They even made an extra trip to my new house to off-load some of the larger items before loading the apartment. I would highly recommend Overall Moving for all your moving needs. read more

hired overall movers to move me from prescott az to palm desert ca may 23, 2022. they packed me with little supervision, they took my tool box and removed tools when they were told to return them they did not. they put my items in storage by tossing boxes in, laying a 50" tv flat and put boxes on top of it breaking screen. they completely demolished an armoire , hiding the pieces behind other furniture. they damaged a wall unit by ripping the two doors off, and scratching an antique dresser. then of course they denied any responsibility. this company is a rip off. read more
