We recently had Overall move us from Southern Californis to Prescott, AZ. We thought they did a good job, until we arrived in Prescott. The day they moved our stuff in, once they received the final payment, they quit mid day and left 8 major pieces of furniture still wrapped, and didn't put our desk back together. We also had several things damaged or broken. The most surprising is they never followed up with us to make certain we were happy, and when I reached out, it took over a week to respond. If you use them, make sure you get the job completed before paying the balance. read more

This moving company is by far the best I've ever used. My mother put her house up for sale earlier this year and I hired them to move some of her things into storage. They were very efficient and careful. They ended up moving her things back 2 months later when it didn't sell and much the same. Well her house went back up last month and sold within a week and I hired them once again to move her things to her new home in Phoenix.. so it was everything this time including all her antiques, grandfather clock etc.. they wrapped it all perfectly and they moved it all within 3hrs, moved it to phx safely, unloaded in about 3hrs in the heat.. When a ZERO is a really good thing...as in zero hiccups, accidents, damage or stress. We moved across town, which shouldn't be a big deal, right? Well it is, and the team at Overall Moving made the move really painless. If possible, ask for the team of Patrick, Garrett and Kemer - all very professional, hard working, and pleasant individuals. If you're going to spend the better part of two days with people, great to spend it with some really good people. The positive reviews must come from friends and family because I found none of the positive reviews to be accurate based on my experience with this company. There were times when they were literally throwing things in boxes, not placing them carefully but just tossing them in without any concern. At one point I went out to see how much room was left in the cargo trailer that I had them loading my household goods into and saw they had just shoved fine art paintings in without any protection whatsoever! I then demanded that they remove them and package them properly. Then they ran out of boxes and claimed that they didn't have anymore in the warehouse. A moving company without enough boxes, really? The three guys that they sent out were polite when I was around but unprofessional the rest of the time and I caught them cussing and sometimes saying offensive things assuming I wasn't around. I asked them to keep some things accessible in the trailer and that didn't happen. I asked them to please not pack anything on the desk and they packed everything except the laptop and I only saved that from being packed because I happened to walk in that room in time to stop that. I contacted the manager and he said they used my comments as a training opportunity. There have been no offers of any kind of compensation and they seem to have no concerns at all about their lousy service. Bottom line, I paid for a full service move but didn't get full service. I ended up spending the next 3 - 4 days finishing the packing myself which severely impacted the time limit that I had to get out of the house. They were not professional but certainly had no problem leaving without finishing the job. There are certainly much better moving companies available and I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost if you value your time and money. Two thumbs down!!! read more

I cannot be happier with the services rendered by Overall Moving. Whitney helped me schedule the move from my Prescott storage to my home in Pinetop. Then helped me reschedule due to health issues and finally again when we had three back to back snowstorms. She does everything with a smile and it shows even through email. Garrett and Sky were incredible! Friendly, hard working and would not let me lift a finger to help them. This company ruined most of my belongings moving from prescott to green valley. A just cleaned couch was NOT wrapped - had to be recleaned, an $8000 latex mattress was not wrapped, completely ruined cannot be cleaned. The delicate leg of a $2500 credenza is broken. The knob on an ethen Allen end rable lost. The ethan allen bed frame ruined when scraped on pavers instead of being protected. The controls for the split king adjustable bed lost. Etc etc etc etc. this company is only capable of transporting materials to the dump because whatever they touch will be ready for the dump. read more

I moved in April, 2022 out of State and originally they told me they could move me on the date I had requested but close to the moving time they said that they were not able to do it on my requested date but five days earlier which cost me more money and no time to hire another mover. To add more pain to the move several items were badly damaged and several boxes were crushed. When I contacted them they said they needed a photo of the before and after so who takes photos of the before when your moving. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Be aware. read more

Chris and Brad were fantastic. They arrived in a 26' moving truck and loaded a full 10x20 storage unit and three bedroom apartment in record time. They were careful with every item and completely wrapped and protected all the furniture. I am more than pleased with their work ethic and professionalism. hired overall movers to move me from prescott az to palm desert ca may 23, 2022. they packed me with little supervision, they took my tool box and removed tools when they were told to return them they did not. they put my items in storage by tossing boxes in, laying a 50" tv flat and put boxes on top of it breaking screen. they completely demolished an armoire , hiding the pieces behind other furniture. they damaged a wall unit by ripping the two doors off, and scratching an antique dresser. then of course they denied any responsibility. this company is a rip off. read more
