I had several bids but I went with him because from the minute I asked for help he was the first to respond via text- then by phone. He was on time. He is a very strong physically fit person. When I couldn't make up my mind on a piece he was very patient with me while I decided. He didn't rush. He made sure everything was neat when he left. The employee was on time and did his measurements but failed to send me an estimate via email. Every time I called him he would have some excuse why he didn't send it and then proceeded to tell me the amount over the phone which was an absurd price. I said okay send it via email so I can have it as a reference and it's been weeks since then and still nothing. I don't understand why an agency does this if they don't want to do work they can just say so rather than waste my time. I shouldn't have to constantly call and ask them to send me an estimate. Overall communication has been dismal and I'm glad to say I'll never have to deal with it again.
